We all know Balthier and Fran were the mains the whole time lol.
Love all of these games. Glad they're able to go back and redo some of their earliest ones.
Or, and hear me out, it may be possible that we just don't like what we see or have interest in it, because you know, other people have different opinions than you.
I mean if we're talking RPGs recently FF7 Remake, I still got up Witcher 3 semi-often, I'm slowly making my way through Persona 5 on Switch. I don't have a lot of time for RPGs anymore so I really only touch the heaviest hitters.
Otherwise action/adventure or stealth games mainly. Which you'd think this game would do it for me, but I'm just not feeling it. I'm sure the action gameplay is great, but the lack of party members (at least commandable one...
Environment/Setting looks stellar. But I can't get around how much the character designs bother me. I'll consider FF16 when it's on sale in the future. This one's not my cup of tea.
Somebody please explain to me how a bundle of remastered 30+ year old games is $75.
He's much more nimble than in the original. Just the enemies are much faster as well.
I wish I would have done hardcore. I find standard far easier than the original. The only spot I ran into trouble was at the checkpoint with the chainsaw twins. They got me a few times. Otherwise I'm blowing through the game.
This is one game that escaped me and I always regretted never playing.
Yes bc Sony had Capcom on contract to have RE1,2,3 on the PlayStation, so Capcom had to pump out RE3 when they originally planned for CV to be the true RE3.
Yeah I just couldn't get into it either. Really like the premise, but I lost interest pretty quickly.
Yeah you're not wrong. There's been a lot of dependency on remakes and remasters for years now. I don't find myself being too excited about original IP much anymore.
That being said, Zelda coming out in 2 months will hopefully be a breath of fresh air. I'm off course really excited to get RE4 remake, and Dead Space when I have time/money.
Here, I fixed the title:
"There will never be another Resident Evil that sucks (like 6)"
Mario as a 2D platformer has been around for nearly 40 years. What else is there that a 2D Mario platformer can do besides throw in a random gimmick like Cat-suit Mario (yes I know that was a 3D Mario, but I'm just making a point - gimmicks are not innovations)? The entire premise is go from point A to point B, collect a couple things on the way, jump over obstacles, and reach and exit. I hoped at one point that Mario Maker would be the next big 2D Mario thing, but that just quickly becam...
Tintin is awesome. Great mysteries, characters, action and humor. Hard to tell what kind of game this will be, but one to keep an eye on. Could make for a great budget priced series of games.
I haven't seen anyone actually kill the chainsaw guy before the church bells go off. Is it actually possible?
I'm still waiting to have it confirmed if the VR mode is the full game, or just a special standalone mode. They haven't said specifically. I don't buy the argument that just because RE Village is called "VR mode" and that's what they're calling RE4 Remake's VR mode, then it must be the full game.
It's literally the very beginning of the game before the title reveal. Everyone knows what the demo was going to cover and nothing else.
How many more of these Tour tracks are there. I hate them.
Would be cool but the cockpit view in these cars is so limited I don't know how fun it would be. Worth a try though. Hopefully this is included for those that would really want it.
