Duhh why would Sony abandon the series after one bad/not great game? Here are some other games I am sure are in development. Twisted Metal, Resistance 3, Infamous 2, Syphon Filter, Buzz, SingStar, LBP 2, and Gran Tarismo 6.
I don't normally comment on HHG, but I just rented Transformers and I couldn't get through the one campaign. I handed the controller off to an my eleven year old nephew and he couldn't stand the game either. The game is terrible, only 3 maps, extremly repetitive and the controls where god aweful. Sorry HHG I lost respect in your game review ability's there.

I don't care what anyone says PS3 has just 3 systems sellers left. GT5, FF13 and GoW3. They have only released one system seller so far this generation MGS4, (GTA4 should have been) so I expect 2009/2010 to be really big years for Sony. I wish Uncharted 2 where a system seller but I fear it won't be even though it will win Game of the Year.

Well it appears you are the fanboy here considering that Sony is losing by 8 million consloles world wide to a competitor that launched a year before it, and who lost by 125 to 24 million. Considering that the 360 is only out selling the PS3 by 40K consoles and it is half the price I think you it is you who are in denial.

I have no intrest in the first game, but this looks worlds better and 4 player co-op is sick. Day one for me even though I didn't play the first. I think RE5 was fun as heck, but I played through it twice with a friend, I could see people not enjoying it if they don't have friends. If RE stayed exclusive to nintendo the franchise would either be dead or they wouldn't be able to sell one copy unless Mario and Sonic where in it.

This is a typo. Uncharted 2 and then 3, Jak will not make an appearance until the end of the cycle at the earliest. To bad ND isn't big enough to do two titles at once, like Insomniac.
I don't buy games anymore unless they have trophies. I don't play the Wii because it doesn't have Trophies/Achievments. I used to never really care about MS owners talking about achievements, until I realized how much they added to the experiance.

I don't think this generation will be that short. I mean the development cost for games this gen have been much higher than in the past, it just makes more sense that companies will want to maximise their profits this generation before swan diving to the next gen. So all these predictions of new consoles I think are off.
