They will be 3rd 4th or 5th, depending on how long MS and Nintendo stick to their platforms, which I think will be longer than people think.

Honestly I only care about UA2 and MW2. The other games they could keep. Seeing as how they sold 4 mill+ copies of COD + map packs. I doubt they would pull that support.
And it would be a big blow to lose COD, but it would be an even bigger blow for Gutar Hero, DJ Hero and Band Hero to have a poor set list and Rock Band over taking them. Plus if Activision pulls their support then EA will gladly step in. Just like Ubisoft did on the Wii. Ubi makes 75% of all their profit on Nint...
Of that list, Sony owns RCA, BMG, Columbia Pictures, Sony Pictures and Music. So sony could pull the rights for Van Halen (RCA), 1/2 of band Hero's tracks. Just about everything on DJ Hero, Spiderman could be pulled from Activision's UA2 game. They could forget about publishing another Hulk, Spiderman or James Bond game.

Seeing as how Sony Pictures owns Spiderman and Bond, two franchises Activision puts games out for, I think this dude better shut his mouth. First they complain because Rock Band wants to have compatible instuments, then they drop Ghostbuters, Brutal Legend, Riddick etc, then they sew Tim Schaffer after they dropped his game. Now they are trying to throw another one of their partners under the bus.

Raztad! You said everything I was going to say. I think right now people are able to make a claim that 360 has just as strong a lineup this fall as Sony. But if GT5 drops, then that comparison is gone.

They annouced a price cut at E3 already, next year they will have 36 million base (which is larger than N64). by Dec 2011 they will have 50 million base, and you expect me to believe activision will cut off 50 million customers.
Oh and Sony just cut their PSP development kits by 80% so if you want go right ahead and cut off all of the PSP games from Activision which I can't seem to remember the last game they made for PSP.

Boy has the hype train slowed for this title or what? Was it even at E3 because it didn't seem as though it was covered extensively.
Let's be honest here.. IW could put out the exact same game as COD4 with new maps and guns and as long as it is on the COD engine and has a perk system almost every COD fan will be pleased. I don't fault them for trying to change things up a bit. Let's face it they are in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation! There are going to be people that fault them if they change things up to much or if they don't change enough things.

So if 3rd Parties don't matter, or the playing field is leveled and MS is going to push there own 1st party stuff...Then what about Splinter Cell, L4D2 and Mass Effect 2? If all those go to PS3 then all MS will have is Rare Games, Moloneux, Halo and Gears. That is like 2 or 3 first/second (Epic & Bungie) party games a year. I guess they figure all you need is a Gears or Halo game every year and you will be straight.

Why do people even bother with this crap? Look they already have to much money invested in the PS3 ports to cut them off now. Which means everything that is slated for 2009 will drop. Oct 1 Sony will drop the price along with the release of their over priced PSP Go. Activision will be happy because PS3 sales will be up by at least 40% over last year and Sony will be happy because they will sell huge numbers from Oct up until GOW3 drops.
