Offline split screen..with bots?? this isn't a competive MP game, it is the first FPS/RPG of it's kind. It is my opinion that this game will be talked about for years from now, as genre defining. Looks awesome.. day one buy for me.

Here you guys are worried about money and I am just as worried about time. Between Boarderlands and MW2 my online play time will be at least 200 hrs before X mas.

I think the sequel will be with 2 Face at Blackgate/rock prison. The game ends with Batman responding to a call to capture 2 Face. But if they do a sequel they will need at least 2 main villians to even come close to being as epic as Joker.
Their are a ton of villians that we didn't see including 2 Face, pengin, MR. Freeze, Riddler and catwoman. Plus they made the point of mentioning Black Rock Prison. So I would not be surprised to see a sequel on Black Rock. I think the game has sold over 1 million copies already, so a sequel is enivitable.
If I could only buy one game this holiday it would be MW2..but if I could buy 2 games it would be UC2 and MW2.. lol. Thankfully I will be buying 8 games this holiday and I expect my thumbs to be healed in time for GOW3 in March.

Agreed dude, How can a system that was voted #1 game of all time in Ocrina of Time, lose to Dreamcast and 360? I am not even a fan of Nintendo and I can tell you that is BS! Plus golden eye defined console FPS games forever. Not to mention Mario 64 was the first 3D platformer and not one but two 2yr old sytems beat it? That is BS on a stick!
Considering that the slim is not released world wide and that MS is a globally dispised company, I think Sony has less work ahead than you think Omega. Not to mention Sony sells to more regions than MS, Next year could silence a lot of critics such as yourself.

I/and most people i know have purchased more games for their PS3/360s than any other console I grew up with. Well I have noticed that Sony has been spreading out their major releases more since Socom. I mean Killzone 2 and Infamous had review code out a whole 6 weeks prior to release, which tells me the games could have been released at least 6 weeks before they actually did. Don't get me wrong I still own the game and will never sell it. The first part of the game is probably the one of the most epic/thought out story lines ever conceived. But the end of the game makes you want to stab the writer with a pen. I faith though that Quantic Dream has heard the cry of the fans and will give Heavy Rain a well thought out experience throughout. First day buy all the way.
