Answer one question for me. What is so wrong with me or anyone else saying the Wii is a kid's console?
We had one when we where kids it was a kids console then..wasn't it? Nintendo tried to compete with sony and MS last gen and lost. That is why the went back to their original market..KIDS..Like they did when we where young.

Well OOB someday you may own a large HD TV and understand why Wii is for kids and why PC gameing is not always the best way to experance a game from your living room.
And your right I had a Nintendo (NES, and SNES)as a kid, why should it be so wrong that the kids of today have a Nintendo as well? It is not a bad thing to think of the console as a kids machine.

You made the case for me..no one is saying you can't enjoy the Wii, we are all saying it is in a different category. You even admitted it! Everyone here has. Yes Pixar movies are for kids.. But most logical people would tell you that Pixar's a direct competitor only to Dreamworks and Sony animation studios, not to Horror movies or Action films. Which is all we are saying.

I actually do own a Wii, Turd. I bought it a launch as a matter of fact. Today it sits in my spare bedroom hooked up to an older TV for my Nieces/Nephews and friends kids to play when they come over for get togethers. I gave up trying to buy mature games for it because there are little to no games worth owning that are for me. I just rent games for it every once in a while. I did buy Wii Sports resort and plan on picking up Super Mario Wii when that comes out. The kids love going up and play...
I agree with the article, really the Wii is for kids. Nintendo makes that clear everyday. I think it is great that children have their own console. I don't want/like to play with kids in online games that is why I am thankful for the Wii. Jack Trenton said in a GT interview that he thinks Nintendo's sales are great. Because they know eventually those kids will eventually become Sony customers in some form. Wii is the gateway drug, why is that a bad thing? Let the kids have their own console. ...

I was listening to the sites weekly podcast and couldn't believe Shane Satterfield was reviewing this game after the debocal of his Uncharted 2 review (lacked originality?). Unbelievable, does anyone at GT have a PS3 other than Satterfield? Wow GT must employ like 5 people.

Heavy rain and FFvs13 are late 2010. As far as the list goes I think it is rubbish. FF13 #1? Looks like someone forgot to pick up UC2 last Tuesday. And how are you gonna put the god of war collection pack above a brand new R&C game (which looks to be the best one yet)? oh well to each his own.
Plus your games don't scratch! Really the only reason people are stuck on the 360 is that gamer score. They have invested so much time and money into that score, I can respect why the jump is difficult. I understand that now as I am a trophy hore myself. But like I said, for anyone who have not bought an HD console, it is a no brainer, PS3. and for people that own one or the other, it makes more cents for a 360 owner to jump to PS3, than a PS3 owner to jump to 360.
I think as far as new owners to this generation go there is no question PS3. The value of 360 is starting to teeter off, I don't own one and the reasons for owning one are just falling by the way side. 360? The games I want to play where released last year and I don't see anything that will be released on the 360 in coming year that would make me want that console, maybe Alan Wake, but Heavy Rain look like it will be better. I picked him over Mario, but very disappointed that Kratos was not in the final.. a bunch of little girls must be visiting gamespot putting Mario in the final. Anyone that has played GoW would never vote Mario over Kratos.
Gotta agree. I thought the hype train was off it's rails and was expecting to be a little disappointed.. But nope this is the best game I have played since Ocarina of Time ten years ago. This is one of the top 5 games ever made. I would put it at either 1 or 2 of greatest ever, personally. Sorry it is true..

Yeap picked up UC2, BL and Wet, from TRU. hoping to exchange Wet next week for Borderlands or R&C. Would have pefered to get NGS2 or Demon Souls but TRU doesn't stock them.
