I wonder if journalists should be honest with themselves and give out proper scores to games. It seems as that they only become neutral when the condition is right and give out ridiculous bias to be fair, without realizing that this can potentially hurt their readership.

Not disagreeing with you Soda, but I don't think "optimized for the harddrive" is the right word, since you can practically load any game onto the 360 drive. Heck, I loaded Fable 2 and PGR4 onto my drive but I wouldn't say the game was "optimized" for it.
But seriously though, the load isn't even that bad. It's definitely not insane at all. I'm getting only 1-2 second loads and not really any stutter at all.

Both of em have frame rate problems, hiccups, as well as glitches. Just that one has better textures and another has smoother frame rates.

the PC version had isometric when i zoomed out, though I found myself using the behind-character view more. I found no need to individually control each party member like i did in BG, NWN, or IWD since the AI setup for DAO was pretty good. You can customize their AI pretty well, it's kinda like the Gambit stuff in FF12.

yep same here. got meself two 1.5 tbs for $115 USD each last month or two at Fry's to put on my NAS. it's been media serving heaven since. Seagates as well. I dont' think they're $115 all the time, since Fry's has a habit of temporarily lowering retail prices on things.
well this game is pretty good, and DS is pretty good too. If i have to rate it, I'd give DS a 90 and DAO a 82%. I was really hoping for DAO to be a complete spiritual successor to BG, but it's really not. It's more of a streamlined bioware rpg for the modern day console D&D geek with flashy bloom.
I think there's multiplayer but I haven't checked it out. And I'm not sure if the console versions have multiplayer, but it it doesn't, it definitely gets that 82%. Multiplay...
It's a really fun game but that's because i've been a fan of bioware's work since baldur's gate 1. So this is a good refresh in my opinion. It's too bad I can't play it on max settings on my PC so I'm picking up the console version.
