Summer now? March would've been better. But hey guys... if you're really itching for a racing game.... give F3 a try. It's cheaper nowadays anyway. I'm not being a fanboy here but seriously, Summer is June and that's 6 months away. You'll make back $39.99 in an hour or two of work anyways. A lot of people in the nub-modding community don't just tell themselves "Hey.. I think I'll go buy a 360 and mod it since I hear my friends do it."
Chances are they'll brick it. There's a higher probability that people who mod their system probably already had a 360 to begin with, had the games to play, had Live, and decided to one day mod their system or get a new one to mod to start playing new games on it. Besides ... there was a mod to allow the system to play on...

Shoot. Come to think of it. That's pretty smart of the gaming industry. Make a copy cat game of the other console's exclusive and sell it as a multiplat so the other console's userbase gets a taste of the action. AND since it's multiplat, it'll sell more than if it was exclusive! Genius!

you can't trust anyone. tthat's for sure. I spotted several people here that claim to have recently purchased a 360 or PS3, but judging by their comment history or from what I remember them posting, it's clearly obvious they're a fanboy and has had the console for longer than they claim.
well it's good that MS got great sales for November NPD. Afterall, they did ban close to ~1 mil 360 owners conveniently following MW2 crazy week. Those NPD sales # show that they at least were able to get a majority of those 1 mil banned players to come back to Xbox and legitimately purchase games for now.

Judging by your comment, you probably never really experienced RE and DS in its entirety. RE comes no where close to the fear factor and immersion of DS. Having said that, if you could see the differences between RE & DS you would know that Dante is an obvious blatant copy of GoW, from the health/mana "chests", the QTEs, the moves "upgrade" scheme, the R1 magic usage. Heck it even got the boobies and the double jump platforming.
I'm not impressed at all with the "new engine." I think they could do a hell of a lot more. What's with the vehicles? They look low poly. But one thing for sure is thank god there are no armor boobs. Aside from the disappointment in its graphics, all those Spartans prepping up got me pumped for another Halo just as much as ODST did. 2010 is gonna be a really awesome year.
