Clearly you weren't around for the PS1 or PS2 era otherwise you never would have posted such a foolish comment. Both era's were rammed with milked franchises.

But then we'll get a crap single player campaign.
Multiplayer and co-op is a good way to ruin a decent single player game. I don't want to be forced to play with someone else online. I'm more than happy to play the game on my own, at night in the dark.
