Looks so fun and crazy, and all the videos have made me laugh. But with all the other games coming out it's hard to justify buying at a full disc price.
Also as a side note, microsoft are beasts at marketing. The ability to splash their cash never ceases to amaze me. Ignorant potential customers will of course believe this to be only on the xbox360, along with all the other games that Microsoft pays for marketing rights for.
Sony are trying to fight back with some titles b...
unless it looks worth the money. I don't like the fact you could lose your ps1 purchases if you don't top up your subscription.
Sony have said that all the current PSN stuff is still free. So does that mean we'll still be able to purchase PS1 classics when they are released or is that going to be moved onto the playstation plus?
you mute it, his "ohhh"s can get slightly irritating.
But yes as SpLinT mentions, it actually has some footage as apposed to him rambling on
Oh wait this is the HipHop Gamer show. Nevermind.
It's been mentioned before that it's possible to use stealth throughout the game.
The difference is the character and therefore the capabilities that come with said character. The main difference mentioned was the fact Raiden moves faster. This is set in the MGS universe with a major character as directed by Hideo Kojima, of course this is a MG game. Kojima has great vision for his work, he wouldn't let it go astray. He keeps improving on his games just look at Peace walke...
It was already mentioned that they were bringing car's from old games into GT5 so it's a blatent statement to make that they'd be upscaled versions. Though I believe the article is trying to make out they same models were taken from the past games but then rendered at a higher resolution. It even used pictures to prove the point when it does the opposite, the textures are different, the fact they point out the car's body work is the same is moronic.. they're not going to c...
I'd claim that you missed out on not getting the first one, however the fact the game's backwards compatible, I'm not sure that it'd be a valid statement for me to make!
The great thing about the game is that even if the create side is overwhelming to you, its 100% certain there'll be people who not only know how to use the tools, but are able to make things that never crossed the developer's mind, just as many things were made that weren't belived to be po...
I'm happy for the implementation of the MOVE controller as it'll be an addition to the MOVE libary, but one thing I really looked forward to with Heavy rain was the epilogues we were promised. The taxidermist DLC was obviously already close to completion well before the game came out because they used footage from it to show off gameplay. I feel like they just ditched carrying on their effort to support the Playstation Move for Sony's sake so they have a longer list of games the s...
The game is actually unbelievable!
Not too sure how simple it is to make a basic level for people who don't want to dive into the deep vast possibilities available for creators in LBP2, but this game was made for people with programming experience. I can actually completely understand the developer's excitement and belief that people will form their own LBP groups of programmers, artist and directors because with such you really could make mind blowing games.

This sony talksman has mixed up some of the info with Modnation racers...
If he has the shit'll hit the fan on N4G with the fanboys on both sides.
I really can't see kart-racing in GT5 happening, nor for that matter it having a Track editor.
If I'm wrong then wow. 1000 cars, 20 locations with 70 variations, day/night time settings, Nascar, top gear, WRC, racing AND weather.. AND a track editor... ANS kart racing. OK if that's the case PD get let off the...
well said, +bubbles
you give hope that N4G does have people with some sense in them
Certainly in comparison to alot of the other games being shown. The game, visually, doesn't look up to the mark with other ps3 exclusives which is a shame concidering in the same amount of time this has been in development, Killzone 2's engine was already looking great. In addition the demo shown was buggy and the gameplay looked overly arcade like.
However I never played any of the previous installments so wasn't driven by the announcement as others were.
Ofcourse that's what PS3 gamers care about. Without the presision the Move really would be a Wii knock off..
The precision is the reason gamers interested in the Move want it for hardcore games.
where the heck did this game come from?
Looks interesting though, however could potentially get dry fast
Levels such as the dead space tribute are not only amazingly fun to play, and also not only visually great, but they are free advertisements for gaming companies. Though I'm sure it's not just about the advertisements, it's nice as a developer to see tributes to your own creations.
Edit: I see from previous comments most people are in mutual agreement over the awesomeness of the Dead space level
but I hope you can integrate the Move enabled objects in create mode. Imagine a rail shooter using the move with a LBP spin, or Modern Warefare's 'The Pit' Scene.
how the move part of LBP2 is an addition. Where as Socom4 is an option for a different way of playing the same game (which is great mind) if you have the Move controller then you'll have even more to get out of LBP2.
At first when announced, I wasn't happy about there being a sequel, but all the information and media around LBP2 is sure building hype for me, doesn't help this game's coming out later this year!
Sony not going for PSP2 now is a bad move, all it's doing is creating more distance in sales behind the DS. When people look at the handheld market, they'll see plenty of adverts for the DS showing off games and applications. They'll also see a cheaper price, then with the 3DS it'll appear to be well beyond the capabilities of the PSP with a 3D screen and a touch screen. Not to mention the fact it doesn't need glasses, which is the problem alot of people have with 3D tech....
But fanboys never learn.
they release a demo so I can compare it to the first game because from what I've seen the game isn't as good looking as the first. Though online addition is definately a plus. Will have to wait for reviews on whether this game improves enough on the first to warrent a purchase.
