It just can't detect exactly where it is in relation to the camera without it on. But it only needs to know the gestures left/right and up/down, so no that fact doesn't make this video a fake
Because of the bulb, also the PlaystationEye works better in dim lighting than the eyetoy camera however it still has a limit to how dark the video can be if it uses the video feed for gameplay, think kungfu live. I'm pretty sure kinect can work well in dark conditions, not just because of the RGB camera but also bc it has 2 IR cameras though you're best checking online xD

because you can get a move controller for £35, two is all you really need to get the full single player experience and most multiplayer ones too. I will eventually get one navigation controller though as it would be more comfortable to hold and move than a DS3
Not that your comment holds any credibility, as you are clearly a fanboy. But as I'm sure you're aware, games like GoW3 and Uncharted have no loading times besides a short one if you die or start up the games.
I want as many local multiplayer games as possible, and reviews were great for this game, not to mention i've seen some of the user created tracks and they look the bomb, and the beta and demo were really fun. It's just impossible to ignore the long loading times. Which is the problem with a great game, it just shows the kinks in the armour, same thing happened to Heavy rain with the child actors. However I still regularly enjoy that game regardless

as in Killzone 2 kept getting better and better with each new build.
Somehow fanboys were hating on the graphics saying it's as 'bad' as killzone 2... I mean this confuses me as I'm not sure if they're meant to be insulting it or complimenting it. Concidering Killzone 2 is still one of the best looking games on consoles, and Killzone 3 renders it in 3D, and GG are going to keep implementing newer builds.

I'm not a big Halo fan as it is, but out of all the ones I've played, ODST is easily the worst and packs the least value for money

Halo: Reach obviously won't "wipe the floor with Killzone3" Anyone with a braincell can work that out. Both will be great games however, Reach could never 'wipe the floor' because Killzone is technically superior. I've no doubt Halo will exceed Killzone in some areas but not enough to make Killzone look naff...
Then GT5 may actually have competition.
Dirt 2 was a very good looking game, however I have a hunch the damage in GT5 (for the 200 cars at least) will be unmatched.
Can't wait for Dirt3 trailer, will be a shame if it is pre-rendered
that's the whole point of PC gaming... no matter what, the game will not run the same across PCs because people have different capabilities...
So all they can do is make the PC version run worse so the max settings are equal to consoles... which is either lazy or just plain dumb.

I own both consoles, my ps3 since launch and my 360 when the jasper models came out. I know for a fact neither of them are 'doomed' or 'finished'... just look at the content coming out for them both. 3D gaming is a big thing for me, and the 360 does it as well so will be able to keep up with the ps3 on that front, also while i won't be getting kinect, that will definately be in league with playstation move, if ...
