I think it was a bit tongue in cheek. Sort of like; The evidence is strong enough to believe that there were some racist undertones, but at the end of the day who cares, as we can never prove it and the game is awesome.

Yes, a lot'of that has to do with the fact that Gears 3 is still played and loved by many Gears players. They don't see Judgment as an improvement, just something different. I'll still get it for its single player and overrun modes though.
I would have prefered something new or at least a next-gen launch Gears maybe. To soon, but I'm sure Gears players will still enjoy it.
I was pretty sure that they canned the cross-platform play (pc vs xbox vs ps3 players).
Either way, this game has had like no advertising. Most people I know have not heard of it. Also, is the show only in the U.S? I live in Australia, and plan on watching it online if I have to. The game looks pretty sweet.

Pre-orders are disappointing for Aliens, Crysis 3 and Gears Judgment. The rest have done pretty well. I hope Aliens is awesome(for me, it will be. Love Aliens)

Yes, Street Sharks and Mighty Ducks. I had the Street Shark figures, which were pretty awesome. The mighty Ducks had those cool vehicles and you press a button and a hockey stick flick out lol. Good times. Pinky and The Brain was a riot. The right hand man guy sounded so funny lol.
Although it started in the 80's, it was still in the 90's. That is the awesomness that is TMNT. Oh, and Biker Mice From Mars. Even DBZ lol.

You only need to look at the 5 million pirates of The Witcher 2. And that was from a good company, who has some of the highest ethical standards. So, in response to your last sentence, I'd say a very high amount of PC users are "@sshats".
Besides, why else did EPIC, Id Tech and Crytek (among many others) focus on co soles more than PC? It kind of answers itself really. Not saying all PC users, but surely even PC users can admit that there are a lot of dirty thie...
Sadly, the abandonment of Lost Odyssey is one more reason I will not get a 720. LOVED the game. So disappointed they have not continued it. If any other Lost Odyssey game was announced, I'd literally pinch myself. I won't get my hopes up for a future release, but damn if it were announced, I'd have the biggest smile on my face.
Lost odyssey was about 4-5 gb on all four discs. I'm glad, as it allowed for more cut-scenes and content. Compared to Enchanted Arms 1 disc for instance.
I'd love it if it went multi-plat, and a new Lost Odyssey was announced (not necessarily a sequel). Definitely one of the better JRPG's this gen. Absolutely loved it. Had so many heart crushing moments. Quite emotional, and the characters were so awesome, which is hard for JRPG's to pull off.
I'm sure I speak on behalf of the N4G community when I ask; where the f*** did you get those percentages from? Lol.
Nevertheless, while it will be graphically very nice, I'd like to see it compared to Killzone 3 on Digital Foundry. As far as I'm concerned, Killzone 3 is still the best looking FPS on consoles.
Gears 2 was a mess. Took them many title updates to fix.
Gears 1 was probably the best MP. Although, technically speaking Gears 3's is. Hard to compare, as Gears 1 was more dark, gritty shotgun battles, whereas Gears 3 is anything goes. Definitely the best 3rd person shooter 'game-play' wise IMO. If someone can name it, I have probably played it already and disagree.
Too bad the game-play and graphics is all Gears has had though. Imagine if they had compet...
