Have you played Deus Ex? It's a GOTY contender.
On topic: Syndicate reboot? So far looks fantastic, day one.
Periods bro, periods.
THQ makes a convincing argument, but quite frankly, Nintendo will have to release a better controller if I'm going to play a competitive skill-based shooter on the Wii-U.
If the 'sausage-pan' controller failed on the Xbox, the even bigger Wii-U controller will fail as well. Quick reflexes and maneuverability don't gel will with giant screen in your hand.
I think the sad fact is, the majority of XBL's demographic have no clue about these little platform spats.
I'd argue gamers who game hard on one or two games a year (ie. Madden, CoD and even BF), are borderline 'casuals' in the sense that they know nothing of these DLC wars.
If I'm correct, EA's move with have less of an impact on the huge, primarily 'casual' 360 crowd, but a greater positive effect on the more sophisticated PS...
For the most part EA's treated the PS3 crowd better, and maybe more-so considering bonuses like Dead Space Extraction weren't paid for by Sony.
Taking advantage of the fanboy wars, EA's trying to show up Activision and their timed 360 DLC, obviously hoping to carve a solid fanbase out of the PS3 crowd.
I wonder if TDM would fit nicely with CS's gameplay style. My biggest grip with CS is that damn awful wait time after every death--I'm just not good enough to stay alive!
I'm really enjoying Gears 3, and while it is a graphically improvement from 2, it's definitely not the "best looking game" this generation. Especially considering some of the upcoming titles.
I almost day one'd these.
However, being a multi-platform gamer I needed something for PS3, PC and 360: hello PX5's.
True that. I'll barely have the time to play all these games.
I know plenty of people who would have day one'd games like R3, if it wasn't for the five other AAA's coming out.
They're not wireless?
I'll stick with the PX5's.
Makes it sound like us 360 gamers won't have any other games to play after Gears 3.
Orange peel!
LoT is know to have a serious bias. The more professional comparisons come from DigitalFoundry:

Dude, they were truly hit-or-miss. The assets looks great, but there was a lot of clipping, awkward invisible walls and other graphical-programming issues.
Good game though, same they didn't go exclusive and thus freeing up development time to really polish it.
That matters if you're going for the level up. The real gamers go for plats--regardless if two golds in another game are easier. Plats just look better on a trophy card.
True, that set looks sweet.
However, for a multi-gamer like myself, I need a headset that works on the PS3, PC, 360 and hell, even TV! The tbeach's roll nicely with all that.
Not that I expect an $80 headset to be wireless but...
...I'll stick with the TBeach PX5's.
I pre-ordered the second Gamespot had the SKU in their system.
I don't doubt DICE or the BF name.
Yep. Thanks to government subsidies we've seen some of the best games of our generation come from studios in Montreal and from company's like EA (Vancouver) and Bioware (Edmonton).
Nice! Big fan of the original. Too bad it fell under the radar for many.
