It's really interested that they're doing this in an MMO. Most MMO's require quests, instances or special item drops to achieve similar bonuses. In SWTOR, you can just explore and find them, ala traditional open-world RPGs.
Very cool.
Zelda has been, since it's inception, categorized as an 'Action-RPG'.
You are a part of an epic story, usually with a certain degree of open-world. You acquire items and grow in power/ability. RPG's, like Zelda games, are also often story-heavy.
The 'action' part of Zelda is a result of real-time combat in contrast to the traditional turn-based RPG mechanic. There is also no leveling or statistics in Zelda games, this lending itself to...
Got in to the next beta round (Nov 25th-ish). Looking forward to it!
Uh oh. It won't be able to hold a 'torch' to Diablo III then.
Hot or not?
Does it run fine on a single AMD card?
It's a Day One for me.

Pre-orders should get DLC. It doesn't mean all DLC, just whatever DLC that store is offering.
Although when it comes to CE's like Batman or Uncharted, paying an extra $30-$40 should get you ALL DLC regardless of store. Like the Killzone 3 CE did.
If Ubisoft is going to pay for most of it, then why not let them take control.
Doesn't look like any real DLC bonuses, just in-store credits or discounts.
Really good to see voice actors getting more coverage. Their work can make or break the flow of story-telling. See: Uncharted.
I think he means "incomplete beyond any kind of meaningful release/beta test", as in, broken.
Downloading now.
Played the Wii version, I enjoyed it.
Was surprised they charged $60 for this game at launch. While I'm a fan, I'll watch the price plummet to BRINK-levels before I buy.
I can't tell if you're serious or not.
Saints Row sucks. Or at the very least, is a totally different game from GTA.
Wait, what; a year?
If you're willing to wait a year for a game, then you didn't really want to play it that bad in the first place.
Spammer! I wonder what you do with the emails once you get them...sell them?
I've been trying to avoid EVE and focus on SWTOR...STOP TEMPING ME.
To be fair, the amount of unlocks, challenges, etc. is staggering.
That being said, it's basically the same unlocks, etc. as the last two games--just more of it.
Yes, very true!
The environments and animations look great, but the world textures (although items look amazing) seem low-res. I'm sure texture packs will up that.
