Wow. Some of these comments are really, well, dumb. Buying an established company, in hopes that some of their games become hits? This is the answer Microsoft is looking for? They should invest in internal studios, and build up. They would buy an established company, and destroy it.
Superior? Not really. A different experience, but each one has it's merits. Each game has it's own feel and atmosphere. The characters transform the games from run of the mill into stellar experiences. They are both great in their own ways.
Fun game, but 2 vs. 2 is ridiculous. I get that the maps were small, but even small maps feel empty with that many players. Too bad, I thought the art style and gameplay was good.
So, it's 10 bucks a month on top of 60 for live gold? Too many subs, in my opinion. Just like I said with psnow, they should package it under the one paid subscription.
People with the mindset of "it's mine, it should be this way, or I'm going to stomp my feet", really make it hard for a franchise to try and be different. The game is fun, even though it's not a true metal gear.
I have been burned by digital purchases, ( psp comics), so I have been an advocate against all digital since it was trying to be pushed at the start of this gen. I get some people like it, even though there arent even the basic protections for your purchase, but there should be a choice.
Not surprising. Everyone has a ps4. The sales of the hyped up xbonex will carry it for a couple months, plus pubg is a good seller for them. It won't reach sales levels of the ps4, but it will have a good run.
And this is why game companies are going the way they are. I get the guy can spend his money the way he wants, but it sets a terrible precedence on how games are monetized. Plus this guy is an idiot.
Don't worry star citizen defenders. This guy may be waking up to see the scam, but there are still plenty out there who think this game will pan out. Go ahead and buy your 1000 dollar ships and dock them into your dreams.
My brothers and I would have bought copies if brought West. Ps4 and vita. My brother has been playing the Japanese pc version, but it's too much headache for me.
These games are cool, but I like physical copies, so unless it gets one, I will probably miss out on these, unless they get extremely cheap digitally. Like 2 dollars.
