Tomb raider reboot has been great, but if you are hoping that is going to bring you back, then you are missing out on a lot of great games already released.
Nope. Look at the games that have released in the past that got low scores, but became good after support. Driveclub, no man's sky, gt sport. Then look at games that got reviewed and stayed bad after support like evolve. You have to review the game in the state it is in. It's up to the consumer whether they like it or not. This game shouldn't get a pass just because it's rare. Only Nintendo gets that treatment. Lol.
Mine has been running in sleep mode since 2013. I rarely power it down. No color washout. I don't know where people get that. The screen is as bright and colorful as it was new. And I play this thing every day 1-6 hours a day at times.
Nah. It's had a great library for years. Best little system I've owned. But most of the physical library is rare, and people have jacked up the price of them. If you get one now and want a physical collection, good luck.
This is the kind of games you will be getting from Microsoft from now on. No story, online only, more content to come later. For certain genres, that is ok, but this kind of game needs direction, story, and a goal to work towards. It's too bad that this is how gaming is being steered.
Physical all the way. It's more than just a copy of the game. It's also a way of voicing your consumer rights. Having a digital option is fine, but once you give total control of your purchase digitally, a company can do what it wants, and you will be at their mercy, bound by the ever changing terms of agreements.
Reading some of these arguments from gamers about gun control is some of the funniest and uninformed stuff I have read in a long time. People tend to associate cherished memories and good times with games that sometimes changes perception of said games. That said, some people take it a step further and overlook all of the bad, to hold on to those precious times. Then get defensive when called out on it.
