I remember when it was the gamers saying they wouldn't buy a game if it didn't have multiplayer. That single player was dead. Reap what you sow. They are catering to you.
I just started this last night. The controls are great, and the combat is fun. The story is intriguing, and the world is very beautiful and interesting. Guerilla did a tremendous job, and I am very happy with the purchase.
Who cares. The ps4 is still continuing to sell, and the software is where the money is at for them now. It's amazing the ps4 still continues to sell like it does 4 years later. I'm playing horizon now, with gravity rush, nioh, persona, and Yakuza still waiting in the wings. I'm looking forward to God of war and days gone. The ps4 will finish very strong, even if it loses th e top spot.
Like the guy that spent 16000 bucks on marvel heroes omega? I mean, it's easy to spend money on a credit card, but, the lack of self control or intervention has to be addressed as well. Some people just have to learn the hard way to wake up. Sucks he put himself in a hole, but it's his own fault, and only that guy can change it.
To be honest, they would have been underdogs, no matter what. There was always more hate than love for Sega, no matter how great or original, or innovative the ip they put out. Getting to a larger audience is what they needed, and gamers got to play games they wouldn't have if they were only on a Sega console. I was always a Sega fan, and have always chose their systems over the competitors. I built a great library of Sega classics over the years. Now others can play them.
Love this game. I thought the Servers closed months ago. Still, it won't hurt the experience too much. There's still a great experience in the game itself.
It's not gambling. It's randomized stuff you buy. It's like those quarter machines with the little bubble packs with toys. You purchase something that's random. You don't gamble on it. That said, I hate microtransactions, and will not support any game that makes them essential for a full game, or puts content behind them.
Just beat the game over the weekend. Played this on pc a couple years ago when it first came out. It was massively different from the console version. It used to have more characters. Still, it sucks for those that spent money on it.
