I'm with you. I'm going to try to wait until Nov. 2021.
Looking at the delays recently, the games still on target for 2020, and my backlog, I'll be busy while the initial launch hiccups and droughts fix themselves.
Any stellar launch game will be on sale by then, and we might start seeing some actual next gen titles.
Nope. They've been milking one interview for months now. They carve out a question or two at a time and collect the clicks.
I hope so. Making Gamepass deals over there left and right, it's working out well for me. MHW and DMC last year. All the Yakuza and FF games this year. He can keep making these trips on a regular basis afaic.
Followed by a series of "reports" more accurately titled: "Here's a thing I saw on Twitter today."
It's always been functional and easy enough to figure out, I just think that memory limitations will continue to make their UI a slow and frustrating experience unless they simplify.
I appreciate the ambition, but maybe just wait for next gen on some of this stuff.
Gaf insiders might be well known, but are also full of it. They're just random, anonymous attention seekers who make educated guesses. From this same article, look at the things this guy got wrong about the Pro. People need to stop falling for their nonsense.
Plus, those HZD rumors started in a similar fashion. They gained traction when media started claiming their sources were telling them it's true. By the same logic, we should have seen those "leaks" be...
It's the whole "activist journalist" thing that gets me. If you want to be a commentator and push opinions and ideas, that's 100% OK by me.
But when you hold yourself out as a journalist and skew your "reporting" to push a narrative, expect to be challenged on it. His response is typically to block and blissfully keep pushing along.
I just think that does more harm than good for the "games media" today. Any dissona...
Yeah, this has no source. It's the info that came from 4chan.
I dislike Jason Schrier enough to proudly say he blocked me on twitter. In regards to the HZD rumors, even I trust his "sources" better than these 4chan "leaks." I'm guessing mods just weren't paying attention.
If we're getting our speculations in before they shut this down, I think the Demon Souls rumors are only part of the truth. I think the project from ...
Most of these seem like educated guesses. So there's a good chance that we get most of these things even if the leak is fake. SOCOM is my personal top request.
I question some pieces of it, especially pricing. These "Reddit" (actually came from 4chan) "insiders" somehow know the release schedules and pricing of both companies? I don't know. I'd assume pricing especially would be kept quiet for a bit longer. I still think Sony goes $399.
Fire Pro needs more love. The last PS4 title gets regular playtime from me.
I hear that there are financial troubles at the studio, but I'm hopeful for a Switch port one of these days.
Don't dare them into it!
I adored Three Houses, but this felt like a troll announcement.
Then I see Cuphead is a costume? Why not Byleth as a skin and Cuphead as a new character?
They still have patches on the 360. So that's all that matters? Tell that to the people who say it was abandoned.
Wii U's low sales were all the more reason why it could have been Switch only. The majority of Switch's library are ports ffs. The Switch is the best example of why this "concern" is misplaced.
So much concern over a very minor change.
Here in January 2020 Booty said this "As our content comes out over the next year, two years, all of our games, sort of like PC, will play up and down that family of devices."
Obviously, every game announced so far for 2020 is coming for Xb1. The whole reason for this statement was to keep showing support for those already on Xb1. But 1-2 years includes everything coming this year, including Halo infinit...
They earned themselves that higher standard by delivering great shows. I don't think there's anything wrong in hoping for more of those.
2018 wasn't their best show, but it still wasn't their worst. Flute guy wasn't one of those special moments I was talking about, but it was at least memorable.
It's upfront payments, same as PS Plus and GWG or Netflix. Here's one discussion about it where devs dispel the rumors that it's based on the Spotify model or hours spent:

That's why some of the devs making Gaas games complain a bit.
No. It wouldn't be a modern FF game if it wasn't delayed.
I was going to hold off on FF7 just because the full set will be available on next gen. GoT will probably be close enough to next gen that it won't hurt too much.
But Cyberpunk and TLOU are too much to wait on for me. Hats off to your will power.
True, but we still see cringe and disappointment in these other shows too. How many times do we see Inside Xbox, State of Play, or Directs get labeled as underwhelming and disappointing immediately after they air?
Then people rightfully point out that these smaller shows aren't meant to be like the big shows. Well what happens when the big shows aren't there?
Not sure about the "lies" you're referring to, but it's not like we'...
I don't know that you can go that far. In the long run, it's probably not going to have much impact.
But unless you're completely anti-Sony, I don't know how you can say it's not disappointing. A lot of E3 is a mess, and there are a number of financial reasons why it doesn't make sense. That dosen't make it any less of a let down.
Having that hype and excitement has always been a highlight of the year. When the screen goes dar...
Not everyone fits into the extremes you're using to frame your concerns.
No matter the gender or race, Kait's story has been built as the most interesting part of the new plot line. It's not an attack on anyone to tell that story, and it shouldn't "worry" you that this is the story being told in Gears 5. I don't understand why female lead = forced. Good stories are good stories.
Rod's just discussing implicit bias here. ...
