I played Crysis 2 on the Ps3 and 360 on sunday(all platform Lan Party) and what a horrible display of jaggies (washed out colors, low draw distances, blur, and bad graphics in many areas) when i compare it to the PC version.

This is made by the same guys who made that mess of a game Socom Confrontation.
Valve went all out for the PS3 version because of the horrible Orange Box port. The Orange Box Port was done by Electronic Arts and Not Valve!
So to make it up to PS3 fans Valve is doing it themselves and tossing in a bonus as a way of saying sorry for the Horrible job EA did on the Orange Box.
That's a classy move from Valve and that's why they are the best.

There is no Commercial need for 128bit CPU's. This is complete overkill. US Government, Military, IBM, Research, NASA yes...video games and home computers HELL NO.
A CPU with a GPU on the same Die is the hot new trend that creates great CPU power at a low cost.
AMD and Intel both have 6 and 8 core CPU's with built in GPU's. Sure the GPU's can do graphics but there main purpose is for the CPU to offload heavy/routine calculations to the GPU to speed...
Ps2 and the NES are the 2 greatest consoles of all time. The PS2 still selling strong is amazing.
The Japanese really only buy Japanese products (just ask GM-FORD-Chrysler-BMW-Mercedes- Levis) so the 360 selling like crap in Japan is Normal. The 360 selling like crap in Europe is disappointing.
If your PC has the muscle go for SSAA it's the best but 4x MSAA at 1920 x 1080p is very very effective and provide super high quality visuals with a conservative hit on performance.
