Portal 2 PS3 and 360 have only been on the Internet for like a week now. Dam Pirates. Actually I can't blame them cause someone at the shipping or store level obviously opened up a Box and stole Portal 2 360 and PS3 and put it on the Internet.
SOME PC Gamers who already downloaded it from Steam have been playing since Thursday (Why Not me!)
The Muck else is kojima gonna say, " that BF3 looks like crap". I am glad that another Dev has the humanity in them to say hey someone else's work looks great. Then again that's why Kojima is cool and most other Devs are Jerks!

Clock speed and architecture determine power.
1. The chip in the Wii is an APU (Cpu w/ GPU mixed together on the same die.
2. The CPU part is really fast and efficient as any dual core CPU @ 2.7 ghz can game with ease.
3. The GPU on that die is an HD 6790 which currently smokes the consoles BUT since it's not a stand alone GPU it has less power. PLUS it will be gimped anyway to stay within watt and thermal barriers.
I was in shock when i saw it. EA is going all out for BF3.
I'm sure all 3 people on the planet who haven't seen BF3 yet saw it Sunday! 25 million units sold day 1.

COD is popular because anybodies grandma (dead or alive) can play it cause COD is such an easy casual game.
BFBC2 sold very well but is not as large as COD because BC2 is only the second game in the series while COD has been around since 2003.
sure console vs. PC gets the blood juiced up but in the end the truth may not be as glamorous but DX10 is what held back PC Gaming. DX10 sucked, it was clunky just like Vista, Devs hated it, therefore they said screw that crap i'm going back to DX9. end of story!

Bulldozer faster than Core i7...yeh only it's Core i7 LGA 1366 and 1156 sockets.
I don't see bulldozer beating the new Core i7 LGA socket 1155 or Intel new socket LGA 2011 which Intel is holding back just to make sure they stay faster than AMD.
Trinity running BF3 at 60 FPS @1080p...NO WAY! consoles will be Vsync at 30 FPS but they will reach 1080p with some AA and more post processing effects.

well since most game developers have run out of good ideas or the publisher won't let them make a new IP or Devs don't have the talent to make a AAA title i gues it's only right to just remake an old game to play in HD.

Half Life 2 episode 3 WILL NOT be at E3. Valve really doesn't show much at E3. Gabe may talk about how well Steamworks on the Ps3 is going and how awesome Steam PC/mac is and a prank revealing DotA 2 but that's about it.
i think Agent and Codename Kingdoms will both be absent.

I just saw a shortened version of the 12 minute trailer of Battlefield 3 during the N.Y. Knicks vs. Celtics playoff game. HOLY SHITE! We went from yelling and screaming about the game to dead silent with mouths stuck open and drooling. I was unable to move as I watched and wet myself.
Nothing better than jizzing my pants during prime time network programming. EA is going all out for BF3. I'm so excited.

Crysis 2 so far is a FAILURE.
1. Manufacturing cost: Low, dvd's, plastic boxes, shipping etc. not much money here but still a major cost to the budget.
2. Labor: High, Devs gotta get paid plus it was across 3 platforms which means a 360 team, Ps3 team, PC team even if the PC was a port it still means more Dev time. So 4 years dev time at $20 hour or EA just bankrolled the whole operation either way costly.

No PS4 until 2013 maybe 2014. There has to be another God of War to close out the PS3. The God of War III engine is just tremendous and for it to only be used once would be such a waste.

I actually saw the news reports and the tractor/back hoe pushing dirt over the cartridges while a reporter spoke of video games demise. It was so funny. Bulletstorm PC 360 PS3 = 900K
Dead Space 2 PC PS3 260 = 1.83 million
These are all crappy sales figures for games that are on multiple platforms and had huge advertisement budgets. If it wasn't for the Gears3 beta key Bulletstorm would be 400K
