Me i don't care cause most games are not worth $60 bucks which is why I only buy a few Day 1 releases from a small group of Devs like Valve, DICE, Blizzard, GSC and a few others. other than that I wait for a Steam sale to buy games that i'm not sure of the quality.
Maybe you should stop pirating and start using Steam! you'll feel better about yourself.

I paid $80 for Strider...but that was the very first 8MB cartridge on the Sega Genesis. I can't imagine paying $100 for a 50¢ PC-DVD unless it's Half Life 3.

I used to love Bit-Tech but they have completely sold out and become something else, something that doesn't appreciate the PC Gaming culture. They still post great PC hardware mods but other than that they SUCK!
All their reviews and Benchmarks are very bias as of late. BFP4F is a FREE game with low graphics so almost any PC can run it. So what do Bit-tech expect from a free game, Crysis graphics. No Free game looks this good unless it's an MMO. The game play is a mix of BC2...
Got a fancy green Beret for playing in the Closed Beta. it's not BF2 or BC2 but a slight combo of both with mild graphics but very fun. I like it as it's easily the best FREE online shooter hands down.
If it's not on PC then....Fu.....I go next door and play it. LOL... Most console titles are only 8 hours long anyway so two or three visits and I've beaten it.

Well they kept it a secret for a while but The Witcher 2 seems to use DX11. Not a lot of Tessellation but everything else like Parallax Mapping, Deferred Rendering, and multiple lighting effects are all present and even Screen Space Ambient Occlusion (even HQSSAO).

There's no engine you could buy today that could build a Battlefield game to the quality that we're building Battlefield games.

It would mean MORE money for Sony as Sony wouldn't have to pay money to maintain the SERVERS and BANDWITDH also know as the NETWORK. Steam with their huge server farms would handle the Network and maintenance and all Sony would have to do is collect a check. Most PC Games do not have huge advertisement budgets plus they have NO Licensing Fees so therefore they are $10 to $20 cheaper than console games. Lately many multi-plats have been released on the PC at a $60 price and they have sold poorly and have been pirated poorly as well.
