how does one go about moving around in a 3d space with no analog sticks? psp has one more analog stick than natal, and its a nightmare for shooters. im not bashing natal, just curious how its gonna work since microsoft wont show anybody.
hardcore shooters on NATAL, so devs, you better be reading. . . the 360 could render a VIRTUAL 360 controller, and you could hold ur hands like ur gonna play a game, and it'll be just like the 360 pad with two analog sticks and whatnot, and you could push buttons VIRTUALLY. it'll be the future of shooters.
if your gaming on ps3, they have new-ish hard drive transfer, which i used when i got my new slim, and was able to move ALL game saves just fine. even all the locked ones. not only is it doable, but really easy, too.
maybe they should noob up the controls for more sales, but the way i look at it, is there are so many shooters that cater to the "everyone" crowd, i.e. halo, cod, etc, and im not saying it takes no skill as there are players who beast it up in those games. all im saying is there has to be shooters for the experienced players who like to "learn" a control scheme rather than have it handed to you the first time you play. back in the nes days, when you got a game, nine times...
its hard to be interested in games you havent played.
cod with its snap targeting is like a girl who fakes orgasm to make u feel good about urself, whereas KZ2 is much more rewarding because after some practice and she's screaming, you know ur hitting that the way it was meant to be. the reason cod is so popular is cuz anybody can pick it up and bust shots and its easy targeting easy kills.
i know the graphics are sh1tty, but thats only one aspect of the game. it has good story, great voice acting, and one of the best rpg soundtracks in a long time. the gameplay is entertaining and there is a crapload to do in the game. it was givin to me as a gift, and at first i thought i was gonna hate it, but now im 30 hrs in and am absolutely addicted to it. if you enjoy rpg's, at least rent it. don't judge by the crappy graphics. theres more to games than that, and not every ...
dude, alan wake is 576p. RDRPS3 is 640p.
but i don't care if every ps3 game ran 640p, the difference to me between HARDWARE makes up for any graphical differences in games. after 2 1/2 years and 3 360's later, i gladly buy all multiplats on ps3 and will continue to do so for the remainder of this gen.
been playing the sh1t out of this on ps3. i'd give it a ten out of ten (which i guess brings the 360 version to an eleven out of ten). and to all the people who say rockstar hasn't improved since gta4, they have definately improved their tech, bringing the install from 4gigs(!) to a measly 600mb. the resolution isnt a big deal honestly. when the pc version releases, and it supports some crazy resolution, is it instantly gonna make the 360 version less fun to play? please support t...

why is it that the dashboard on xbxlive (which is paid service) is cluttered with adverts, while the xmb (which is free) has none?
if all these features are so important to you that you've been "waiting so long" to have them, why not play on 360? it has every feature you mentioned besides ps2 emulation. it seems to me you could just go get and xbox besides waiting for sony to turn ps3 into an xbox 360

instead of gaming, you should just go on your computer and watch some high rez video. it doesnt matter what the videos are about, but they'll be in high rez, so it will be a better experience than anything on 360/ps3, and it will be void of any of that pesky "gameplay" that seems to get in the way of your high-def experience.

last time i checked, max payne most certainly wasn't 720p native on consoles, but that didn'nt stop it from being a badass game. honestly, the videos and screens look phenomenal. if you own 360 and you don't pick up this game cuz of "teh 540p" then you just need to quit gaming. i wish people would just focus on the many, many good points about this game rather than taking one possibly negative aspect and running with it
