i really like mine. im one of the only people in the world who thinks umd sucks. spinning that disc eats up battery life, they weren't very durable, and not to mention carryig around a "book" full of games is lame. sony usually has good deals in the special offers section, so if you want one, go for it. also it has bluetooth so you can hook up headsets and dual shock 3 to it. and 16g onboard memory
even sony fans will tell you that sixaxis was about as ghey as your comments are

xbox360 on its fifth year. if you remember, msoft killed the og xbox after four. with the economy the way it is, i can't imagine any company gearing up for the next gen soon, but msoft is preparing the 360 for the grave. they are making sure your little sister wants kinectimals before they sell you the new hotness.
the graphics of Gears 3 looked really good. the lighting was fantastic.
id much rather be called a sony fangirl than spend any money on that garbage. star wars looked cool, but the rest is garbage. hope they bring your "hardcore games" to E3, lol!

i really don't like about natal/kinect is how you have to record yourself playing the game with a regular controller, then you have to try to mimic the moves you recorded earlier as they happen. seems like a crappy way to play games to me
im not sure about the whole kinect thing, seems kinda gimmicky, but they need to keep throwing star wars at me. thats the kind of gimmicky i can wrap my wallet around. no more "rafting" please

its really sad you only have one bubble, because i would LOVE to hear about how the sales of halo reach are gonna somehow make it more enjoyable than some of the other games on that list
