The thing is Sony wouldn't allow it on the system as it would cannibalize their game sales and subscriptions. Sony was reluctant to even let EA Access on Playstation, let alone a direct competitors subscription service.

Correction, Microsoft was offered to make a exclusive Marvel game, not a Spider-Man game. At least get it right if you're going to claim someone has lack of knowledge.

Another comment about user count from you. Does praise of an Xbox exclusive upset you so much that you have to go check the user count when there's a positive article submitted about the game so that you can post a comment to try and downplay it?

The argument is over competition in the gaming console market, so yes I'm speaking only of that market. Tell me how sales of Window products is damaging Sonys ability to compete? The only spin is coming from you as you go off topic of what regulators are even arguing over.

A streach how? They bought a well known plublisher. Saying Psygnosis was not as valuable as ActiBlizz or the deal happening some time ago doesn't just erase that it happened.
Sony bought the gaming plublisher Psygnosis in 1993, long before Microsoft entered the race, Sony opened that box.
That 20% on Xbox is 2 million, I wouldn't say that's "really bad".
