A 10th Prestige player appears to have Administrative-like rights through the grief system to reset stats for any other MW2 player who they game with. I cannot find for the life of me why this would exist beyond lazy and/or sloppy work. This should not be allowed by anyone other than a IW server admin.

Does anyone think that if IW HAD beta tested MW2, that maybe just MAYBE, the game would've had to be delayed? Just trying to see this from a different angle, because there has to be some reason for this mess that is going on.

WTF, that woulda made it complete IMO. Oh well, ME2 should be an awesome game. But I don't quite see the value here, bundles should give significant discounts per item in the kit.
That there are a variety of games out there for our choosing. This game will not be everyone's cup of tea. It more than likely won't sell Halo numbers, but can we at least be glad that it seems to review well for those who wish to play it.
If it seems like your thing, try it out. If you can't wrap your mind around playing anything other than a FPS, then leave it alone.

But I do recognize that stuff like this is what lead to protected game save files, making it a hassle for honest gamers who own two consoles to share saves between two PS3s, etc. Oh Well.
I have my 360 boxed up in the closet. My PC got busted up during moving... besides, I don't think it coulda handled ME2 out of the box anyways. I think this may be the case for some who own 360s. The game is coming to the console, sure it is inferior to the PC version, but the timing for some to upgrade their PC may be off, or they simply don't agree with the need to do so.
I have been looking at a few nice PC barebones kits recently though.

I don't care if they scored the game a 2. I played the 1st Mass Effect, thought it was overall great. ME2 is said to be an improvement, so playing/buying it is a no-brainer. If you like or loved the 1st game, then what are you waiting for? A release date? To hell with that, lets rash a warehouse and score a few... anybody with me?

360 = Stagnant Market share
PS3 is catching up to the 360, take away the extra year lead, PS3 comes out on top, despite having the most expensive console.

Many people were bashed when they said that people paid Infinity Ward $60 each to beta test MW2. Those folks don't look so crazy now do they?
I have no ill will towards MW2, I rented it, beat the campaign, took it back. Didn't waste my cash on a boastful incomplete game who took its fanbase for granted. I knew something was fishy when there was no official beta test. IW is/was good, but they ain't THAT good.

I am glad for the tested best combination between resolution, frames per sec, with an enhanced environment and gameplay versus having 1080p 60fps with screen tearing, broken gameplay, freezing, stuttering, etc., etc.
I trust that the developers made the best choices suited for the hardware & software, with the LEAST compromises in quality.
Day 1 purchase, no way to spin it, I've seen the epic screens already.
