This will upset a few people though I'm skeptical anyone's decision to buy the Vita was affected by this.
Personally I've never sold any of my consoles/handhelds/hardware I find them to be nice mementos. Still have my Gameboy Pocket and Sega Nomad on a shelf in my room.
I would like Tomba! and Tomba! 2 on PSN. Still one of my favorite platforming series of all time.
Are you people seriously still complaining about card prices? The 32 gig memory card is 100 plus change on GameStop's site. I spent that same amount on the 1 gig PSP stick when it first came out.
Also as everyone else above has said, you can redownload stuff from PSN as long as it's on a registered device.
Stop bitching about the prices, if you can't afford a huge card at launch wait a year, the price will drop, just like the PSP's did and you can use whatever ...

Seriously the Kinect didn't sell like hotcakes because of word of mouth or information being spread among small gaming communities about it. It sold because it got advertised to hell and back. They got Justin Beiber and Oprah to promote it; that alone pretty much made it a must buy for both the 12 year old girl crowd and obese housewife crowd.
Sony doesn't to my knowledge have a Vita commercial running in the states ...

Right...getting trampled in sales by a system aimed towards casuals and nearly closing the gap on a system that launched a year ahead of it at a lower price point along with it having a less than stellar line up for its first year. Sony sure did get its ass handed to it...oh wait, no it didn't.
Sorry, I play games, not sales; so I'll stick with Sony.
I already reserved my Vita, so this isn't a huge issue for me.
On the other hand I'm sure there were a lot of people waiting for this game who won't want to buy new hardware.
Hopefully Monster Hunter Portable 3rd will get the same treatment.
I'll cry if they make XIII-3 because they'll put it as a higher priority than vsXIII pushing the game back yet again, and by association pushing back Kingdom Hearts 3.
It's looking like I'll need to buy the next generation of consoles just to play these games which should have been released this gen.

Because like Capcom with Monster Hunter; SquareEnix has forgotten where the majority of their franchises' fan base is.
I'd be shocked if the secret ending had something to do with Kingdom Hearts 3 and not something hinting at another spin off.
No reason why A Link to the Past didn't make it in the top two places. Pretty sure a good portion of Legend of Zelda's mechanics were defined in that game.
In other words the writer would rather play glorified dating sims than a game with real plot.
I could care less whether a game is photo-realistic.
What he should be working on is you know, making something new for an IP. The last new Nintendo IP that mattered I believe was Pikmin and that was early Gamecube era.
I loved Nintendo up till this generation; honestly a good portion of their portable games are enhanced ports of SNES/N64 games and their first party console games consist of usually the same game we've played 5-10 years ago with one or two new tricks.
Vita is fine, give it some time.
Only two reason it's sales aren't that great at the moment:
1) It doesn't have enough launch titles to cater to their Japanese audience. It needs a JRPG or a big name Eastern game like Metal Gear.
2) Nintendo pretty much threw a haymaker at the Vita launch and got a knockout with Monster Hunter, Mario Kart and Mario 3D Land out for the Holidays at a lower price point.

If Sony spent half of what Microsoft and Nintendo do on marketing they would have much better selling as well as more hyped up exclusives and likely more hardware sales.

Hasn't it already been determined that in order to transfer data to the vita through the content manager it will force a firmware update as well as requiring a constant internet connection?
I'm sure someone will hack it eventually, but it doesn't seem like there will be many persistent hacks for a while.
Played the hell out of this game, about 200 hours worth and am at level 77 currently with a good amount of quests done, almost none of which have to do with the main story. Unfortunately I can't bring myself to finish it because my game literally becomes almost unplayable now after half an hour to 45 minutes of playing it.
Until the lag issue is addressed I'm going back to Dark Souls and Disgaea 4. I understand Skyrim is one of the most impressive games to be released this gen...
Lame, now my copy is less valuable. What makes this game so special when Atlus has refused to re-release other games like SMT:Nocturne or Persona 3:FES with twice the re-release requests?
