If proof of an illegal act was taken illegally, and the evidence proves someone guilty then I understand the premise of punishing the individuals for the illegal act. That does not give the person who performed the illegal act a free pass. If you broke the law in order to attain said proof you should still be punished.
That's not true. There was no evidence of American soldiers killing civilians or non combatants for "fun". I already have subscriptions to Sony/MS. Not doing it for an inferior console. Nintendo could have separated themselves by not going subscription and no season passes. Another Wii U anyways.
I'm with unholy above. It's actually been MS and Sonys exclusives that have bored me. I haven't cared about Halo since 2 and the same for Geow. And outside of GOW and GT, Sonys exclusives aren't much better to me either. Uncharted was good too but overrated to me.

IMO it doesn't just work. It's not flawless and the game quality needs to be at the level of the PS4 or greater(I kno that doesn't make sense). I found the psvr entertaining but it wasn't a must buy for me. I believe your average joe has watched so many movies and tv shows that they expect vr to be that like an actual alternate universe. None of us know the true supply and demand here. We all have our opinions. Mine is that the psvr was doomed to failure the moment its price was announced. At that price point it needed more games than we could possibly play and it had to work and work flawlessly from the beginning. I believe sony wanted the psvr to push the PS4 into the wii atmosphere. It's obvious MS has less exclusives but truly how many less when from the eyes of the casual gamer. Sony has great games with; TLOU, uncharted, GOW, GT, MLB the show. Those are the big guns really. Any other games not listed isnt a knock or saying they aren't great games and or niche. Just saying that in the eyes of the avg COD player that's all the frat bros care about. im so happy the us vs them mentality will be over soon between ms and sony fanboys. When the Scorpio releases why should I buy one? Not rhetorical but seeing as how this is just an upgrade I need to see what' it's offering to upgrade. Because why would I spend $399(which I think it'll be) when the next ms console is just 3 years away. I'm legit asking what reasons people have for buying it when we know minimal about it. I agree and disagree with the premise. As costs of games rise third party developers have their hands tied and are almost forced to make games multi platform. As an owner of both consoles and every Nintendo except the WiiU it's obvious that both Nintendo and Sony have more exclusives. In the future there will undoubtedly be less 3rd party exclusives, that's the way of this business. The timelines are currently a year apart. Expect BC from here on and essentially there is a new console every 3 or 4 years from both Sony and MS. With every other console labeled with a pro, super, S or what have you. Consoles are going the PC route in the short term and all three will go full on subscription in the long term. We will then see all games probably be BC for two generations back. PS4 pro is successful and I'm sure the Scorpio will be as well thus solidifying this new normal....
