lol. Skyrims combat was pretty bad. It's still my favorite rpg,but without magic and mods that game would be hard to play.
You aren't the only one who thinks it's boring. Three of my friends think its bad, and one of them literally walked to the balcony of Kaer Moern, and said "This game is ass", and never played it again.lol
I think they weren't being fair though. The Witcher 3 is a great game, just hard to play if one enjoys meaty gameplay.
Any game that has alot of people saying it is the undisputed king of rpgs, and even king of games? Such a game is overrated. If the gameplay was more dense and diverse,it would be a god game. But, then their story would not have been as tightly crafted. I personally just like the Skyrim/Kingdoms of Amalur approach.

Yeah, just like madden games update there visuals. Destiny 2 visuals were only increased by a small increment, so that they have something to work with ehen the third comes out two years from now. How are they going to make a third game when they already improved everything substantially? Lol

The ending did make sense eith the other two games
Mass Effect 1- Shepard learns of indoctrination from key characters such as Benezia, rana, and Saren.
Mass Effect 2- Shepard sees more of the reapers power and is pressured to dubmit by harbinger and his collector thralls. "Your mind will be mine" being something that harbinger always taunts Shepard with. Arrival dlc gives him a good bathing in forces that can easily kick start the process.

Yeah, people at times have an unreal expectation. They were expecting different outcomes, but really,what could they have done? In the face of the overwhelming strength of the reapers,there arent many things different that can be done with the endings. Not the mebtion the sheere number of different choices people made. No way.

The problem with Destiny 2 is that theyyou did not diffrentiate it ebough from the first. They dont have to completely overhaul the game to make a worthy sequel, but at least change the color of the inventory or something. The same menu... The same loading screen showing ships flying to the destination the exact same way as the first, the same kill everything. What they presented was copy and paste honestly.

When a game developers customers are all talking about how good games like the Witcher and Mass Effect are with the presentation, the developers try to utilise these things, while trying not to completely sacrifice the core aspects of what caused people to love their games in the first place. The gaming community now and days like for there games to be like big budget interactive movies. Gameplay is literally lower on the list than all presentation aspects of a game now for many gamers. If graphics are not Horizon level game =trash
