After you consider the *exact wording* from all of the official sources, I don't think anyone can definitively rule out *a* Metal Gear game coming to the 360. This last bit of news at Sony's E3 show, that Kojima was bowing out after this game, does leave open the possibility that the "real" MGS4 is exclusive to the PS3, and another team may work on a similar game.
For all we know, based on historical cross-platform releases, we may afterall end up seeing a subtitled ...
It's not LA Noire, it's going to be an entirely new IP. check http://blog.us.playstation.... for the original information.
Can't wait to get the PC version. Yay for System Shock III, er, BioShock! ;)
III... AMMMM... I-RON MAAAN...!

My good f'n god, you're a dolt. Sony's been talking about this since halfway-through the PS2 generation. (Hint: Google's your friend.)
With Sony's position the movie industry, one would be the fool to think--let alone assert--that Microsoft thought of this ahead of them.
The problem with your well-formulated argument is that you've overlooked the fact that he is both more articulate and more literate than you are. Your superior intelligence is inconsequential due to your lack of communication skills.
The problem is that Silicon Knights has always been a bunch of panty-whingers. Since their hissy-fit with Crystal Dynamics they've really weinered out.
Their work is good, but their management is a tad on the wanker side.
The thread on NeoGAF forums is unmerciful.

Kim: Yeah, but here’s the thing: I think one of the most important, subtle announcements at the Xbox 360 briefing is that Resident Evil is coming to Xbox 360. Yes, it’s from Capcom, who’s been a great supporter of us.
GI: But we knew that two years ago.
Kim: What?

Gigabit, not gigabyte.
Both Sony and Guerilla Games have stated that KZ won't be out before Q1 2008.
The 6 Million number announced in March, and the latest 7 Million user number includes all of Xbox Live users ("community", not just "Gold" subscibers) since the service's inception in 2002. It's still an impressive number.
Microsoft hasn't announced specific numbers for Gold-only subscribers.
Still, it's a 3 million-user increase since last October:
120GB PS3 with ShockAxis ("SixSense"). 499 Euros. FTW. ;)
Ah well. I think it's pretty reasonable to expect a North American holiday $399-499 80GB bare-bones PS3, with a great pack-in deal for $599.
There's so much up in the air. No one's going to be left without reasonable access to a PS3 this holiday season, so don't expect the low-point to jump back up to $599. Seriously, Sony knows what they're doing and it all involves patience and momentum. ...
Sure, he says it's for his mother, but you know he takes full advantage of it from his basement bedroom.
It's not really their fault. I agree with them, this story is not appropriate for this site.
Well that's surprising.

Mamma say lock you oouuut.
I can't wait for this game. Anything even remotely related to, resembling, or rhyming with System Shock/II will rock.
Sorry, kid, but Car Wars predates it by several years.
The earliest predecessor to Mario Kart, though, would be Bump'N'Jump. Hell, RallyX for that matter.
As a PlayStation owner I would love to think so, but they always refer to "Metal Gear Solid 4", not "Any Other Game Rhyming With *Metal Gear Solid*".
Seriously, their soft use of the word "exclusive" was a let down at E3. To me, I wanted to hear them say "Metal Gear Solid Will Never Appear On a Console Other Than the PlayStation 3."
They did not say that.
Anything less than that sort of phrasing and you have...
