I made a different experience btw, love my WiiU and play it alot (especially with my wife in coop). I find Nintedo games just very cheerfull and relaxing.

General expression of discontent ... propably aiming at *only-multiplayer* games, that you have to *pay* for and are *boring* and belong to the *garbage*. He propably intents to *never again* buy one of those and comforts himself with the knowledge of a *nice* lesson learned or just wanted to open his rant with a sarcastic statement.

We do not even know what kind of system the NX actually is, so how do you get to that conclusion?

Why would you want to use a normal controller to type a password instead of a touchscreen?
Plus the gamepad makes navigating menus much more convenient ...

I can understand, when ppl prefer to "play" with the pro controller, but for navigation and typing the gamepad is superior in so many ways (imo).

If your laptop has a HDMI port you should be fine. Just plug and play ...

You are right. Not enough information yet.
But it's ironic that YOU say that of all people, since you allways have very strong (negative) opinions about the NX and Nintendo without having any valid information. Just sayin'.

Curious about independent benchmarks ... especially for DX12.
If it's as good as they state, price-performance-ratio seems to be really good. And pretty efficient with 180W TDP.

They stated they favour a strong launch lineup vs. holiday season sales. And don't wanna rush it.
What more do you exspect? They are just not ready yet.

We do not have enough information to tell, if it's a good or bad decision. So neither attacking nor defending Nintendo makes sense on a rational level.

Setting is great - really fresh.
But hard to tell, if this shapes up to be an actually good game without having seen some gameplay and more infos about the gameplaymechanics (squadsystem, communication, voip, vehicle system, teamplay aspects etc.).

It "looks" like a hell of a ride, though.

Since when is battlefield trying to be "realistic"?
Project Reality, Squad, Arma, Insurgency, Americas Army, Red Orchestra - all those come to mind and are definitly a bit closer to realism than battlefield. And after all: even the most "realistic" simulations stay games.
