I cannot believe that you are seriously justifying a pay-to-win game. It doesn't amtter what platform it's on, a pay-to-win system completely ruins the concept of 'fair play' in a competitive game. Moreover it is a money grabbing scheme that has been validated by guys like you who are willing to turn a blind eye to it, in the name of fanboyism.

Playstation Next Gen is off to a flying start. I'm glad I pre-ordered early.
I'll believe it when I see it. Microsoft have to have sufficient units manufactured and prepped in time for release. At the present time they cannot ship enough unit to cover the main European territories. I doubt they can launch much earlier than Sony in any territories, even in NA.

I got mine on pre-order. This is probably my most anticipated game of the current Gen. Session mode sounds sweet. I can't wait! :)

The October launch rumour was exactly that... a rumour. Which was started by fanboys secon-guessing what Sony might do in response to Microsoft. Sony always maintained that it would release in November.
The expectation was drummed up by fanboys, and really it's the fanboy expectations that let them down.
Well, it's over to Microsoft now, If they launch the Xbox One on Nov 1st, that will give them a 2 week lead in NA. That's not much really. Rememb...

Meh, it's not a big deal at all really. Think about it for a second - PS4 will most likely release before XbOne anyway. So if this is the case, then technically PS4 owners will actually get their hands on next gen Fifa14 before the XbOners.

Yeah 2K cut the marketing budget. That's why the devs had to do the rounds with the media and game websites themselves. It's a shame really, that 2K didn't think it would sell after the development hell it had been through. They shot themselves in the foot really.
I absolutely love Rocksmith, I can't get enough of it. If BandFuse (awful name btw) comes even close to, I'll be all over it like a bad rash.
They'll have to up their game though 'cos from what I've seen of Rocksmith 2014, it's going to be much much better .
