We had great gameplay last gen. If it was all about gameplay there would be no need for new 'next-gen' consoles.
If everyone was satisfied with last gen graphical fidelity, then no one would be buying multiplats on next-gen consoles at inflated prices. We still all be buying our games for last gen consoles.

Sony would do well to bundle a game with. For 250buck with Drive club or say Killzone:SF bundles with it, I can see it as a very good proposition. I still think it will see only a small take-up. I mean keeps have only just shelled out 400buck for the PS4!

I'm a sony fanboy just like thebest of them out there. but I just can't see this VR headset being priced for the avereage consumer. It will be a pipe dream until it is affordable enough to be mass marketed. I just don't think that will happen this gen.

Exactly. I've always used game nights and LAN parties for youth groups and cell groups. We have no problem with it at all.
Apparently, you can speed run the game in less time than that. But what's the point of that? I buy MGS games to soak in them and get that "s" rank. I'll be soaking in this one real nice and slow :)

Only Infamous and MGS:GZ release this month. All the others on that list don't have release dates yet. They could all be 2015 games as far as we know.
Did you read the article, it's not about the Wii U, it's a drop in software sales across all their platforms. Wii, Wii U, DS, 3DS etc etc.
The Media is much more responsible for stereotyping gamers than any Church ever has. I don't agree that the 'Church hates gamers'. Which church for starters? The Catholic Church? The Anglican/Presbyterian Church, or the Orthodox Church? Or do you mean the Pentecostal or Baptist Church?

Ouch Nintendo, a 27.6% drop in software sales from last year. I guess it can't just be all about 1st party support.
It will be interesting to see how the games landscape changes come E3 2014. We really don't know many of the games the big three are developing right now. E3 will be a blast this year as the console war continues :)

Hmm... something smells fishy here. My guess, Ubisoft is reacting to all the "OMG no blood," articles and have included more blood in the game to appease the masses.

You misunderstand me. I know the PC version will be the best looking. That's not my point. My point is that the PS4 can run the game better than the XbOne. So really there shouldn't be parity between the two versions.

It's true that it's early days, yes. But it's still unacceptable imo. Out the gate the 'next-gen' consoles are supposed to be designed for 1080p 60fps gameplay as standard. That is one of the expected hallmark of change from the last generation of consoles to the present 'next-gen' consoles. The fact that a flagship title cannot run at 1080p 60fps, suggests that the console was not designed with with that in mind.
