Excellent. THat mean that it will take me like 90 hours the platinum the game. I like to take y time, enjoy the sites, take it nice and calm, immerse myself in the experience.
No speed running for me. I don't play games just to reviews them afterall and I don't get my games for free either!
Naa, with M$ the only aces they have up their slevees are money hats. I don't think DX12 is it tbh. All that's going to happen is they are going to try and buy their way to the top by buying exclusives and timed exclusive content.
The console can't outdo the PS4 in terms of raw power, so M$ will have to ensure that those comparisons no longer happen. How do you think they are going to do that? $$$$$$$$
I hope this gen they can completely eliminate loading times. Last gen, games like Uncharted, God of War, TLOU, (to name a few), didn't have any loading times in-game. I'm hoping this will be standard this gen.

Too true. I know the graphics are absolutely phenomenal, but the thing that really excites me is the acting. The character performance seems to be up there with TLOU, and that is what really made the game great. I'm hoping Sucker punch have a story that is engrossing, and that is enhanced by the acting. For me that is all part of the next-gen package. (which to me was started with TLOU)

That's a legitimate concern. The rise of micro-transactions and paying for on disc DLC, is perpetrated because gamers continue to support these practices by funding them.
However I think this is different. Firstly because it is not a demo, and will not be a part of Phantom Pain (as it is the prologue to Phantom Pain). I don't think Kojima will be daft enough to include it initially as part of Peace Walker after the furore it has caused already.

It seems once again issues with one console are holding back the other console. Still, a week's not too much to wait. Especially when you've got Infamous Second son to keep you busy!
But it's not a demo. It's not the first time we've had 'prologues' released. Gran Tourismo release 'Prologue versions. No one kicks up a stink about that.
I do take the point that it might not be worth the price of admission. But the real poitn here is that should reviewers start reviewing 'price' rather than the game.

It's a great article, and points out that it's more that just about being a great game. Arguably, It is first about being a great studio and developer.
Then giving that studio/developer the freedom, and resources to develop the IP, without the intrusion and interference of the marketing suits and Publisher's bigwigs.
It is this quality that is rare in today's multimillion AAA blockbuster gaming landscape.

It's a shame that the price of the game will overshadow it's quality.
Effectively, this reviewer has failed to be objective in their review of the quality of the game simply because of how much the game costs.
If the game was free, would it score 10/10? If the game cost 100bucks would it score 0/10?
Let me the consumer worry about my wallet. You as a reviewer tell me if the game is good or not. And why it is good, and why it is not go...
How come you didnt enjoy Dead Nation? I'm loving it. Have you played it co-op though. It's a much better game in co-op when both partner co-ordinate their attacks and explosives etc.

There was no games to overshadow really. Titanfall didn't even overshadow Dark Souls II, which is getting high praise from the media with some calling it the first Game of The Year.
Titanfall definately hasn't overshadowed Infamous, thats for sure. What Infamous releases, it will probably overshadow Titanfall, if that's at all possible.
I though Infamous Second Son has a worldwide release on the 21st?
