I read the article. But Infamous and Titanfall ARE the must have games right now. It doesn't really matter that they may or may not be excellent games. It's simply by virtue of the fact that there are no better games out right now. They are the best of what we have right now!

Infamous released on only one platform. Titanfall released on 3 platforms. You can't really compare the numbers. Unless you compare XbOne sales of Titanfall with PS4 sales of Infamous. And even then it's not really a fair comparison as XbOne has sold less units than the PS4.
Yeah I have to admit that my interest in Watchdogs is steadily going up. I still haven't pre-ordered, but I find myself browsing for the best available deals.
Yeah, I don't think HL3 can live up to the hype anymore. I will still play it, dont get me wrong. But games have moved on, and then moved on again, since HL2.
Games like TLOU (among others) are now the new benchmarks in story telling and gameplay and graphical fidelity. HL3 can no longer look to HL2 for inspiration, as that gaming trope is now outdated and out moded.
The Last Guardian on the other hand might still be able to deliver, only becasue we still...

Not necessarily true. Movie reboots face much more scepticism and usually fail worse than game reboots. You'd be hard pressed to find one movie reboot that was better than it's original, or that didnt face the ire of fans.
Generally game reboots are usually welcomed actually, (I take the point about Syndicate but that wasn't really a reboot as much as a re-imagining that went down really badly) you still have a vocal minority who remember how it was 'in the go...

Totally agree with you. Keifer just isn't doing the voice right. Needs to be much more gruff. I actually couldnt tell the difference between Kaz and Snake in GZ.

Exactly. PSNow allows you to rent games. Heck I'm sure there'll be a try-before-you-buy option. So you can rent it and if you like it then buy it digitally.

Awesome News. 3 more trophies to get my platinum. I think they are - comet drop on coughing 3 enemies, and smoke dash through 2 air vents and comet drop on an enemy. I'm finding these really hard (I've completed the game and cleared out all the DUP).
I'm loving the Paper Trail and really looking forward to the next one. Here's hoping for the Reggie DLC 0.o
