You missed the point. He isn't saying that 15%-20% loss in revenues isn't a problem, he is saying that some titles have a piracy problem but for the platform as a whole the piracy problem is greatly overblown.

First of all, making viruses is in most countries are illegal today. Second, the problem is for the software to know when it is copied or not. It's just a bunch of ones and zeros it's basically impossible for it to know if it's the original or a copy. If it really would have been that easy to make a foolproof protection it would have been done a long time ago.
Also just because you are a developer doesn't mean you know how to develop a copy protection. There are all sorts of deve...
