What do you mean with blu-ray not cracked? The PS3 hasn't been able to play backups yet but the protection of blu-ray movies is wide open by now. Don't confuse a storage medium with a DRM system. A blu-ray disc doesn't have a native DRM built into it.
One download at one point isn't enough to make a conclusion. You need a long time study with numerous games downloaded from different genres and at different times (both dates and times of the day). Also different internet connections and different LAN setups need to be accounted for to see if that makes any difference.
This isn't very a scientifically made research.
The sixth one looks like concept art. The rest could be real time but I'm not holding my breath just yet.
I have no problem with GH and RB. In fact i love GH. However, I don't feel it's right to call Neversoft for copy cats and not Harmonix.
Don't expect BF3 to turn up free.
They are all copy cats any way. They real inventors of the genre is Konamis Bemani department.
If they doesn't revamp the RB drum kit I'm going for GH:WT.
Oh and by the way. How about releasing the first game first! It's not out in Europe for the PS3 yet. And probably won't be before GH:WT is launched.
So what's the total score in Japan now since launch? I'm guessing it's in favor for Sony.
No not really. Siren Blood Cures is made from the bottom up as a PS3-game with a new engine made to run on the PS3. If they would have released the old game on PSN they would have had to either port the engine to the PS3 hardware or they would have had to rely on the BC-capability of the PS3:s. A feature not every PS3-model have.
Actually Siren Blood Cures is a remake of a PS2-title.
"'I believe it will spoil the family fun image of the Wii,' John Beyer, the group's director, stated. 'I hope the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) will view this with concern and decide it should not be granted a classification...'"
That's not up to BBFC to decide, nor is it your decision. Only Nintendo has the right and possibility to decide the image of the Wii. But history has shown before that there's no point in reasoning with fanatics.
I don't get it. The title is "new games that you already played" and on ME they list movies. I watch movies, not play. And I have never done parkour.
So basically the 360 and PC versions was beta versions.
I blame Super Mario 2.
The eight SPE will never be unlocked on the PS3 since it's defective on most consoles (at least most old one). The reason they disabled it was to get a better production yield. At least when they started to produce cells most cells with all eight SPE:s working was labeled Toshiba and fitted in super computers.
This seems to be a really good action game. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be much of a horror title (just like RE4).
Hilarious. :)
Airborne for 20% of the track? That's awesome!
First of there's no point in being rude.
Second, Gabe Newell said him self that they doesn't have the resources to handle three platforms. If you choose to believe in him or not is your decision.
Third, since EA doesn't own Valve (and therefore none of Valves IP:s) they are hardly attracted to the idea to finance a permanent PS3 development team at Valve. They can make the decision to port the game to PS3 if they want to (a decision they seam to be making already) bu...
No it's not that easy. The protection has to be able to prevent people from copying the data or using copied data to play the game or movie but still be playable when in possession of the original. This combined with almost all copy protections on pc games being 100% software based makes it a very difficult situation. If it's software based the code is just there in front of people (although mostly in Assembly but it's still code). Making a protection that works and still doesn't malfunctions...
