2.41 here we come.
Confirmed.
Update has been removed for download. Must be a serious bug in it.
None. except maybe for some PSN games.
The game has to take advantage of it, so Sony still have work to do and all developers would need to go back and patch in this feature. I can't see many 3rd party devs doing it as theirs nothing to justify the cost. and you can forget about COD4 ever getting it, they won't even add DS3 support.
According to IGN that game needs to support it.
This is their quote:
"Note that this ability has to be added to a game to enable it, so it won't work with existing stuff unless the games are patched, but it's an option that will likely hit many upcoming titles."
It had to be localized for Europe because of the diverse number of languages :D
Fixes:
Display of search results under Internet Search has been improved for certain languages.
Playback of video content under video has been improved for certain file types.
Don't think so. Although the article doesn't specify the size in inches of the drive, that kind of capacity suggests it's a 3.5'' drive.
Except it won't fit your PS3. PS3 will only take 2.5'' drives and I'm pretty sure this aint a 2.5'' drive with that capacity
Agree with everyone too. Starfox was a great game, but the ending was terrible. You fly off into space and do the last battle. It just felt it was slapped in last minute. Up to that point I loved the game. Great gameplay, great graphics and some nice puzzle solving.
Totally agree with you.
I think it looks fantastic. I love the art direction. Banjo Kazooie was such a great platform game on the N64. I wish I had an 360 to play it :( I'll have to borrow my bro's and buy this game.
I think I'll pre-order this game.
Getting sick of "Host Ended Game" in COD4.
If they're going to have the games region free don't you think the content to go with it should be region free too? afaik this is the first DLC on the PSN Store that is region locked.
Also it's not just a matter of regions, i.e. US, EU and JP. People within europe cannot get the content working with the game they've purchased as different EU discs have different codes on them. If you happen to have a code that's not the same as you're local store you're screwed basically.
satisfying?!
I don't think people know the full story of the problem here.
They are offering a refund to people because they were sold a faulty product that won't work with their version of COD4
Only the day after it was released did they change the description of the item on the store to say it was region locked.
What ended up happening is 1000's of people purchased the map pack and the could not play them.
Now they are offering a re...
The games they produced were more suited to Nintendo's console and market though. They always made bright colorful fun games and then you had goldeneye/perfect dark. To play a "kiddie" game on the xbox 360 just isn't "cool" apparently. If you're not killing something in a horrible gruesome way or there's not enough blood then it's mostly considered a kids game on the 360. Even the games Rare released on the 360 didn't do so well. If Viva Pinata was released on the Wii it w...
Their community relations officer (fourzerotwo) stated PS3 will not be getting rumble in one of his blog comments. He came up with some c0ck and bull story about how the PS3 didn't get rumble support until too late in the COD4 development cycle and said it would require huge changes for them to incorporate it now. When people responded to him how companies like Insomniac managed to incorporate it into the likes of Resistance a year after it was released he had no response. IW have really give...
Agree with everything you said. A great game ruined by online problems that won't be fixed. The PS3 version didn't even get host migration in its patch and won't be getting it in the future either.
talk about completely unplayable. Yeah cool, it's running on the iPhone but the guy can't even turn correctly with the tilt axis. The lack of tactile buttons limits the kind of games to be played on it. It's probably more suited to some DS stylus games only.
This iPhone comparison is really getting old. The only thing in common it has with the iPhone is that it's touch screen.
Phones have been laying out their icons in a grid fashion for years now. Just look at the old Sony T630. it's had grid icons now for years, just that phones weren't touch screen back then.
I was hoping to find Looking Glass Studios in this list but I guess not.
