Ghosts has been discounted on every platform, since shortly after launch, because it's garbage. How is this even news??
It's not hard to capture direct feed in-game footage, Ubi. Either put up, or STFU.
I prefer games that let me control the time of day, like GTA, Far Cry 2 & 3, and Bethesda's TES & Fallout games do, with the sleep/wait mechanics. Of course with GTA, the time rolls forward in chunks (6 hrs ?), and certain missions may still move the time forward, depending on the story. So I get what Sucker Punch is going for, but it kinda takes away from the true nature of a sandbox game.
The funny thing is, by singling out the PS4 version, he's basically saying that the other versions look worse...like we've all seen. That's why I'm getting the PC version, so I don't have to worry about the BS, and I'll still get much higher fps.
I'll still get if for my PC, just so I can play it at twice the fps. If there's anything exclusive announced for the PS4 that interests me, I'll grab a copy when the price drops.
....and not be able to play with your XBL friends, because there's no cross-platform play.
They're rolling in everywhere now, since the Japan launch. Target, Best Buy, Gamestop...they're all getting (small) shipments again now. I picked a 2nd one up at Target last week, when they had 3 in their glass case, with the intention of dumping it on ebay for a quick $50 profit....but I think I'm gonna have to return it, as the drought is pretty much over.
Not everyone buys PS+ you know. SMH...
My wait for a PS4 game is going to be a lot longer, unfortunately. I just never got into the Infamous franchise, and anything multiplat that I want to play, I usually get for my PC (as long as I can use my 360 controller). Right now, I have Knack, KZ:SF, and a couple PS+ freebies. I'm waiting for Uncharted 4 or LBP3 to be released...and The Order (which I doubt will make it this year).
If Anthony Burch and Ashly Burch aren't involved, I have zero interest in this.
As with most Sony exclusives, you can thank Sony for that. People like to pretend MS just throws $50 million at a 3rd party, when they want some kind of exclusive deal. But fact is, a lot of what MS promises in these deals...like with COD...is unrivaled marketing. EA and Activision don't have to do NEARLY as much work in that area, if they've partnered with MS.

Agreed. I dropped a brand new jar of Vlasic pickles once...the big jar, from Sam's Wholesale Club. It shattered, and I had to throw them all away...not cool. I had to eat my pulled pork sandwich, sans pickles, which is like eating spaghetti without garlic bread. :(
