MS seriously needs to snatch up as many of them as they can, and form a new team under MGS. I'm still sick over how they let BioWare get away; no JE2, or KOTOR3 is a travesty.

For me, at least, it has more to do with the audacity of Zenimax to not only charge $60.00 for the game, but also a ridiculous $15/mo., JUST TO PLAY THE GAME. This is their very first MMO, being dev'd by a brand new, unproven studio. Bethesda is only on board as publisher, and to help with continuity. No indie could get away with that, so why should they?
If the game was free to download, and carried a $5-10/mo. sub fee, I might consider ...
Nope...I'm just (impatiently) waiting for Bethesda to announce TESVI, and the next Fallout. I don't do MMOs, and I sure as hell won't pay a monthly fee to play a game I already bought.
The reason the (horrible) Ghostbusters game was so talked about, was because the GB franchise was a Sony property, and Sony touted the PS3 as being the lead platform...as did the dev...aaaaand the game ended up looking quite a bit better on the 360 (even though it still looked like crap regardless). Prior to that fiasco, many people were contending that the only reason PS3 multiplats were looking worse than the 360 versions, was because the 360 was lead platform, and "lazy devs" w...
No worries here. I've got it pre-ordered for PC on Amazon for only $45...and I'll have it cranked as high as the settings allow.
Well, since it was built on the same engine, and largely inspired by DN, yeah that's the obvious comparison. I just go more of a SS vibe from it.
Played it on PC (original AND the "redux"). The game is essentially a buggy,cheesy, Japanese-themed Serious Sam.
"Blurs" is definitely the right word....
Not to mention, those who've actually PLAYED Ryse, and not just seen pics/Youtube vids, know it looks every bit as good as The Order....better, in some areas.
