fad. The only place that really suites 3d tv is gaming and even then it's not adding anything to the experience.
With things like ipods and iphones the multitouch system is precise. But its not hyper accurate. In other words even if you're not doing the exact gesture it requires to do a task it still understands what you're trying to do. For example on a macbook track pad if i pinch or stretch two fingers it zooms in and out. but at the same time i can keep one finger on for clicking and have another finger running around on the track pad and it understands that i don't want to zoom but inst...
no way mate.
of course this review isn't honest. The site depends on its advertisers to stay alive. They're reviewing a game thats advertising on their site. You don't bite the hand that feeds ya. This is hardly an honest review without even having to read it.
actually 3D has been a tried and failed gimmick before. even in gaming, (virtual boy). 3D is a huge cost to the consumer meaning a small proportion of the population will pick up the technology. It's also a huge cost to the people producing 3D content. Turning content into 3D isn't as simple as adding another camera at a slightly different angle to represent the right eye. When you create 3D do you use depth of field? depth of field is used to make an image look 3D but when thats used...
SD to HD was an upgrade without compromise.
HD to 3D is compromising.
I work in the film & TV industry and have had panasonic send people my way to try and sell 3D cameras to me and my team. I've seen myself in 3D. If you want to know how it records it simply records with two separate (but built in together) cameras and records onto separate SD cards. One left and one Right. there is no universal 3D video file. It's all 2 videos playing at once at the moment. Anyways 3D is going to kill the creative license in film and tv. You cannot use depth of fi...
Mirrors edge. Free running is a sport (parkour they call it) plus it has shooting and its a platformer.
Obvious troll is obvious
I think n4g forgot that ff13 on ps3 has uncompressed videos. So its no surprise that its going to take up 32 gbs. If you guys actually did film you'd know how much space video takes up.
i have to actually correct this guy. He says drake doesn't wana kill anyone because they're just museum guards. Which is fine. But the article says theres a character hole where drake pulls one of the guards over a cliff to his apparent death. Only if you actually watch the guard he actually swims to safety and didn't die.
I really enjoyed FC2. i loved the emersion of the whole game. It felt like a real world and that i could travel over vast and realistic locations. It felt like i could tackle missions anyway i wanted much like in real life.
its a surprise they wouldn't include blue ray because im sure a lot of people are moving to blue ray so people can watch their film in HD
It's hard to say im in love with sony when i also mentioned that killzone 2 had bullshots.
Infact, uncharteds done it, ratchet and clank does it heaps.
Altho the uncharted one that i saw doesn't look that different from what it actually does because that game looks insanly good and anyone who disgrees with uncharted looking good is obviously a fanboy.
With motion blur it is incredibly hard on the procesor to have really polished motion blur.
...
Theres absolutly no Aliasing. the motion blur is far too polished. Although there is a chance it was done in photo mode but then thats really misleading people who think this is how the game actually looks while you're racing. The Game doesn't look anywhere near as good in the real time racing.
These are BULLSHOTS. Not what the game will actually look like when its running. It's like those gears of war BULLSHOTS and Killzone 2 BULLSHOTS that we were shown.
These screenshots are worthless

with naughty dog, they also push for quality, they don't have slackers working there. but they're not pushed unfairly like these guys. I mean naughty dog even has their own pitbull around the work area that they can play with. They make great games such as uncharted.
now with miyamoto, who pushs for "quality" well... just look at wii music... or any wii series. wii sports was the best and that wasn't even that good.
Any ipod/iphone running on 3.0 runs out of battery redidulously fast.
to put it in contrast
on 2.2.1 i could listen to my ipod in bed and wake up with about 3/4 of power left.
now when i wake up using 3.0 its completly different.
the ipod also gets very very hot at times so i have to give it breaks. I tried to downgrade to 2.2.1 but that just screwed it up and ended up screwing my itunes up too. so im stuck with 3.0... apple, plz come out with a fix!
Microsoft paid a really expensive marketing group to market their stuff. That's why everything at their presentation was so polished and well, was also smoke and mirrors...
Sony hasn't been spending much on marketing as many of you could probably agree, so they're not guna spend heaps of money on a pre made scripted film showing off their concept. they're just guna so you straight out what it does.
Also in response to your comment, if you ask me, i think the people ...
I haven't played R2 and it spoilt it for me!
actually it's my fault for being to busy being rich and not hearing the hype over how awsome i am
