A lack of quality variety is what I think it is. Plus a lack of effort put into story telling. Games with stories that blend well with gameplay always do well. Final fantasy, uncharted, ratchet and clank, even Mario applies. I think you'll find most of the long term top sellers have this blend.
HDR is the biggest crap ever. It's slightly better dynamic range in brightness, which each new TV improves apon anyway. It used to be labeled as 10,000:1 and such. If you want true superior dynamic range you'll need to look into OLED. Otherwise the difference in HDR is really just the same as turning the backlight up and increasing the contrast on the TV you already own.

I disagree, they blatantly lied about the product. People could have easily reached 50 hours since there were rumours flying around that something happens after visiting the centre 12 times or something. It doesn't matter how much it was played, it's not the game that was advertised and to this date still isn't. They're still marketing it with false ads.
This is great, the games on consoles are overall too hardcore and it's pushed casuals and even myself and friends away from consoles. I like console games but there're too much dragon, fps, and medieval nerd stuff. I enjoy innovative games like Pokemon go, eye toy, guitar hero, and the not so hardcore games like ratchet and clank. So I'm all for some innovation from Nintendo to offer some middle ground that hopefully appeals to the mainstream.

When XONE was first announced this is what all the media were talking about. The fact that it's monitoring you so closely it can sense your heart beat and had to be on 100% of the time and always connected.
Yet a lot of people seem to have forgotten this and they're buying it in droves. So people seem to have a very short memory.
