So where is the PS3 version? It was the 360 version of this that ultimately held the game back technically. Apparently this game falls below the 2013 reboot Definitive Edition in the the technical dept. Might as well bring it to PS3 too if that's the case.
That would be Ratchet and Clank 2016 by far, soon to be beaten by Yooka-Laylee. I don't know why you are defending it so desperately, it is currently sitting on Metactiric with the exact same score as The Order 1886 but this game has not garnered even 1/3 the hate Xboners, and the general media alike, gave The Order.
Recore is not doing bad at all when you make that contrast. "Keeping in mind that it's a $40 title", this is what every reviewer did when giv...
!
I sort of already felt that way about Dead Rising from the get go. Dead Rising would have been a perfect launch title on PS3, a ZOMBIE game by Capcom they refused to bring to PlayStation? I NEVER touched the series ever, even the eventual release of the first game on PlayStation this year, 10 years too late. Instead they released that utter thrash Lost Planet on PS3 eventually, something nobody asked for. This truly was the beginning of the Capcom that gives people nothing that they want and ...
Can't say I will be. Square Enix being in charge makes it such a laughable easy choice too.
If there haven't been countless articles, by now, stating that it has been a success......... then no.
Sad to see DVD from the dark 360 days is still biting them in the ass.
Jab? What jab? That 4k disc thing was it? Oh yeah, burn. Microsoft is still feeling the "8GBs GDDR5" inferno of the PS4 reveal from almost 4 years ago. They are even in the process of replacing their current "next gen" system with a GDDR5 version.
@bruce755 Countless??? Name 5 games that had practically no reviews at launch like this and then was universally panned.
Maybe more advanced animations compared to a generation ago would have made it feel different. That silly looking, stiff, 1 or 2 frames, switch to cover looks silly in 2016.
Yeah WTF? If they want to make money they won't be ignoring it :)
Then show us SOMETHING.
Maybe 343i will have better luck with children's games.
I wish I had an opinion on this but years ago I spent literally 2 hours trying to pass the first mission in the game. I couldn't do it. If I recall the objective was to lose some gangsters in a car and every single time at the start they would shoot out your tires making it next to impossible to "lose them".
@AngelicIceDiamond As proven by all the sales numbers Phil always updates us with????
Yeah, Sony removed bluray, mandatory hard drive installs, MMO support on PSN along with massive number multiplayer capability and no limitations on devs with the size on games, DLC and patches, controllers with built-in batteries and bluetooth. They SURE learned their lesson.
Oh whoops, those are just some of the standard features of PS4 AND Xbone.
We know, you removed its requirement 3 months into office in mid 2014 Phil lol. And EVERY single Xboner thanks you, whether they admit it or not. Unless they want to say that they would rather have that 10%, of what little power Xbone has, ripped away by a forced Kinect requirement again.
Didn't you see all those comments here when the game was delayed like "oh well, if it makes the game better then I'm okay with this" and "as long as the game is optimised better than, yeah, delay it", don't you see, all of a sudden the game can't be an unoptimised mess now.
So in other words "FFXV still fails to impress even when expected to go gold any day now".
Well the what the hell did you expect when Square Enix is involved? :)
