I hear it's something to do with the size limits of DLC, I think 2GB is the maximum Microsoft allow, that's why it's in parts- plus, the second part is free anyway.

It seems more like something counting own to some sort of announcement than a fansite, and I doubt Bethesda or it's lawyers would be happy letting people think that this was officially endorsed by them if it's unofficial.
I don't get why Bethesda hasn't taken it down yet, the thing is full of logos that would be a breach of copyright if it were a hoax.
A sequel would be more of the same, and thatgamecompany are more about new experiences from what I've seen.
I'm not sure why he'd show video footage of him recording dialogue for a game that's already been released on DS unless it was for this, it's about as blatant a tease as it could get.

If you plan on playing the original Spyro I reccomend setting the camera option to "active", that way you won't have to realign the camera manually.
