Never happened to me. And I backed quite a few.
@DrRobotnik yet it sometimes looks like when people don't care that xbox one doesn't look as good as PS4, even though the difference is marginal at best, they are the fanboys who look alone and desperate. Funny how that works.
Actually Wasteland 2 was not designed to be console friendly, the idea of a port just came up after they decided to port the game to unity 5 to improve graphics and add controller support. It was designed and created as a classic PC RPG and it shows...
I sure hope it sells well on console though, that could give ideas to other developers. If shadowrun can sell for 3 dollars on Android devices, I'm sure it could sell on Xbox Live and PSN as well...
Actually, most of the best recent WRPGs are anything but "AAA console games" (Divinity OS, Wasteland 2, Pillars of Eternity, Shadowrun Dragonfall, grimrock 2...). Big AAA wrpgs are a rare thing (it's basically bethesda bioware and CDP). Not as rare as AAA Jrpgs but still.
At least he played both.
@SourtreeDing and why is it that many PC games don't come to consoles ?
Or maybe he's just there to show a game ? See, I can imagine him hearing about this, feeling bad a minute and asking to see both versions to see how bad it is... and then thinking "wth is wrong with these people, it's the same thing."
You really "never buy a console" cause of a game you don't like ? that's stupid.
But there is no real issue... it's been like that for years, it's 99% the same game. It's sad that we spent the last ten years comparing pixels on still image for games that are nearly identical. We've been "lied to" in trailers, live demos, e3 conferences... it's always been like that in this industry...let me point out that when a trailer advertises a game on PC XBOX One and PS4, that means 2 gamers communities are being lied to, cause the Developer is gonna sh...
And maybe he doesn't like kb/m. I've been playing on PC using an xbox controller and got xbox prompts ingame for years, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone...
This whole thing is silly anyway. They make it sound like there's going to be a huge difference while they know a huge majority of the people won't even be able to tell it's not the exact same thing, and most of those who can tell there's a tiny difference won't even care...

Sony are just as "known for it" as MS. It just doesn't look that way here cause it's n4g.
Uplay is indeed a pain to use (you often have to use both Uplay and Steam for one game, there's this silly "download then install" like on PS3..) however, Origin is not that bad. The UI is nice, it works fine, it offers good deals... of course it doesn't have as many features as steam, but it's also much more recent.
To be honest, I feel the same about watch dogs. People talk about it like it's some Genesis game but it's still a very nice looking open world game and while it's not as pretty as the reveal trailer, it's still very much the same game.
Motorstorm by far. That "target render" video is still ridiculous today...
How long is long enough ? Two years is more than what it took to get GTA V or the last of us remastered... 2 years is what it took to get halo 4 remastered + 1 2 3 and ODST, all remastered.... so I see no reason why we should only get GOW 3 for 40 bucks.
I agree...including ascension as well was the least they could do. I mean 40 bucks for a 5 years old remaster is too expensive. I don't really like that trend (not as bad as selling a remaster of a psp game for 50 bucks but well...)
A complete GOW collection with all 6 episodes would have been awesome.
I couldn't stand Ezio. he was ok in Revelations, but I hated him in brotherhood and 2. Honestly, I prefered Altair, Connor, and Kenway to him. I even prefered Aiden Pierce to Ezio... anyway, AC doesn't need to rest, even a bad entry in the series is objectively better than most games out there. They just need to resolve that one or two month technical mess thats follow the release once every two games.
As for Ubi giving the franchise a rest, they will when they have a...
Because swtor is great and people like it ? And you should try it, swtor is pretty much kotor 3 (and yeah I played kotor and kotor 2 just weeks before swtor came out). Next time they do a 12x xp event, you should try it.
I have to say, I'm curious about the disagrees.
Yeah, well, of course some people are dishonest and I'm sure there's been more than one bad project... however, it's far from being "every other kickstarter". In fact, quite a few gems came from kickstarter...
