That`s funny. My friend just sold his PS3 too, he only had it for a couple months, and all he did was complain about it. He complained about how it has "no good games" and how it launched at $600 even though he got it for $150. He is a real-life example of somebody still living in 2006, quite funny actually. I enjoy ripping off a list of 10+ PS3 2011 exclusives in front of his face and then asking him "so what does the 360 have in the future?" He usually answers something ...

Of this entire generation, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that GT5 has received more hate than any other game so far. The reviews are going on page long rants about the menus, the bloggers were preaching failure and disappointment the same day it launched, and fanboys have been trolling GT5 articles all around the internet, all week long, RELENTLESSLY bashing the 86 it has scored, the same people who reported this article; T9X69 for example.

Yet, here they are, making a multi-platform game. No one says they have to develop for consoles, they could make a game solely for PC if they really wanted to, yet they`re crying about consoles? To top it off, they`re working on a 360 EXCLUSIVE as well! They get no pity from me, sorry.
It should happen sometime in early 2011, unless Kinect gave the 360 some unearthly boost, but I doubt it.

Harsh reality, period. The hype was through the roof, easily one of the most hyped games this generation. The critics have spoken: It`s a great game, just not quite what we were led to believe.
I`m honestly glad GT5 is now scored and out of the way. I`m playing it right now, and I`m loving it, but I was so sick of the hype, sick of it, sick of it, sick of it.

Well, to be fair, most consoles are going to have a hard time matching 150 million worldwide sales, that`s kind of obvious, don`t you think? Why talk about PS3 matching PS2 when the PS3 just barely hit the 4 year mark?
And in terms of games, again, the PS2 has the biggest library of any home console, over 2000 games. It`s not exactly going to be walked all over by a console that is younger and takes more resources to make games.
Make these statements in 4-5 ...
