Uh, no. I was implying that Uncharted 2 maintained a fantastic score despite being one of the most heavily reviewed games. I was just adding on to t9x69`s comment. Why get defensive over it?
Yeah, and Uncharted 2 maintained a 96 Metascore with 105 reviews, which is more than any other game I have ever seen, and it`s not even a year old yet. Unbelievable.
I game on an SDTV, it`s a little 20 inch Phillips. I keep my older systems like my PS2, genesis, gamecube, snses and others hooked up to it with one of those switch boxes. I only really play my 360 and PS3 on my HD.
Using that logic, the PS3 automatically wins in 2011 since that`s when Mass Effect 2 comes out for the PS3.
I think it`s been better than 2009, it`s had more retail games, and a good downloadable lineup too. But I still think the PS3`s lineup has been stronger.

Yes, yes indeed, Omega. I agree.
Why would you ever expect there to be more 10`s than 9`s? That`s a bit unreasonable.
Why? That makes no sense. I see plenty of things in Reach that are worthy of a 9+ score. It is scoring lower than I expected though, it`s already in the low 90`s, and the embargo just lifted, it better stay AAA, I want Bungie`s last Halo to go out with a bang.
Point?
I suppose I can explain it if you want. The PS3 launched an entire year after the 360, even more than that in some places, and on top of that, focuses on grabbing the same general audience. You must also take into account that both the Wii and the 360 have been at $200 for quite some time, while the PS3 has not. If the PS3 would have been at $200, it would have blown past the 360, and have the Wii in it`s sights by now. But it`s not at $200, why? Because obviously Sony is more concerned with ...
Maybe they`ll talk about anything they want to. Like move actually being appealing, like their push for being the 3D front-runners, like their strong game lineup. Look, just because the 360 has a terrible lineup, and a broken motion control device, and all you have to cling onto is a meager sales lead, doesn`t mean you have to drag everybody down with you. The bottom line is that both the 360 and the PS3 have fallen to the Wii this generation, but you always seem to overlook that little fact,...
Marty Odonnell is a fantastic composer, and ODST had one of the best sountracks I`ve ever heard. Halo has indeed perfected game audio. From the dramatic combat music, to the ambient calm music the audio just flows so perfectly.
I`m going to have to go with Wipeout HD, followed by Joe Danger and Flower tied for a strong second.
Highly doubt it. I don`t believe there was any paying off of any sort with Halo 3 reviews. Halo receives the scores it does on it`s own merits.
As much as I loved Killzone 2, even I have to admit that it didn`t exactly pack a tremendous value. Great campaign, great multiplayer, but I`ve played a lot of games that have a lot more value. I can`t wait to see how much awesome new stuff they give us for Killzone 3 :D
Great score. I`m hoping Reach scores a solid 9.5 or higher overall, Bungie deserves it.
Yes, I like their reviews.
I`d say closer to 94 or 95.
Halo is quality, no doubt about it. The games are extremely polished, and highly supported by Bungie. Other than Halo though, you`re right. Sony`s games are of much higher quality overall in my opinion.
It baffles me how highly demanded this feature is. I play on Live, and I find cross game chat to be an annoyance. I mean, really, do you turn on your games so you can chat it up about pointless crap? I`ll admit, I loved it at first, but then I realized I can only focus about half of my attention on my game when I`m talking. The only time I use it is when I`m on the dashboard, or I have a large group of people all playing the same game.
