"Sadly, what was playable at PAX was not that hot at all."
Lies!
Looks cool.. I hate his head, but the star on his chest is funny and I LOVE comix zone.
Not sure who did it, but they should've gotten Joseph Kosinski...

You've probably seen his Halo and Gears of War ads. He's doing the new Tron movie and he has a lot of talent.
A month ago all the 360 fans were saying 360's 09 blew PS3's 09 out of the water... then Splinter Cell got delayed and GT5 got announced for 09. So why don't we hold off on judging until maybe later in '10?
lol, you got disagrees
MS definitely announces it's games earlier than a year before. All the Halos, Gears 1, Fable 2 & 3, Forza 2, Rare's games, etc... I can think of 2 titles that were announced less than a year before they came out (Gears 2 and Forza 3), but it seems like Sony and MS both announce their games around the same time respective to release dates.
OT: As long as Sony keeps selling systems, third party exclusives will get more rare. MS really does need stronger first-party support, but...
I would've liked to see something in Bioshock where you start a semi-coop match with 2-4 other players and see who survives the longest with waves of enemies.
Are there classes in the game? It looks like you just choose your plasmids, meaning there will only be 2 or 3 ways to play unless you want to be at a huge disadvantage.
I'm with you, mainly because of how much fun I had with the beta.
Sony needs to advertise this game like crazy.
I agree.. if you compare it to other retail games, ODST may not be 'worth it' because it doesn't have as many (new) features. But if you look at other 'full' games like batman:AA, it's definitely worth it.
It all depends on how much you enjoy Halo, really.. and judging by it's preorder numbers, lots of people think it's worth it. Same goes for MW2.
Personally, I'm not paying $60 dollars for it, just like I'm not paying $70 for MW2. Does this mean those games aren't w...
Yeah.. if it came out like 5 months ago it probably would've done much better, but I doubt many people are going to bother with so many great games on the horizon.
You say it's a "GREAT" game, then say the individual aspects are "good". That's what reviewers are basically doing. Yes, it's a good game... but it's not great, which a 92 usually signifies.
If Uncharted was an Indiana Jones game it would've gotten a 103 on metacritic.
Also, I think The Dark Knight caused some of it, too. If this game was based off Daredevil and was equal in quality to Arkham Asylum, nobody would care about it cause the Daredevil ...
Whaaaaat, that's awesome.
Thanks, have a bubble
Sucks this will only have 2 player splitscreen and probably no arena mode.
I'm diggin the low rider, though. It's also nice to see they're being generous with how much track you can make, although it looks like you don't get to put too many props down.
I believe it's overrated because most of the major review sites judged it on a different scale than they judge most other games.
Had Arkham Asylum been scrutinized the same way games like Crackdown and inFamous were, it would've gotten lower scores... but because it breaks the mold of games based off licensed characters and isn't god-awful, people overreact and give it scores it doesn't deserve.
Also someone who's a big comic book fan or batman fan is most likely goi...
Because it's fun?
Exactly... if they made up a superhero (line inFamous did) and the rest of the game was exactly the same, it'd be getting mostly 8s.
"Wow, a game based on a licensed character isn't terrible, let's give it 10 extra points."
Wow, looks completely different.
Still, gonna wait for gameplay before I'm even interested.
lol, 3 disagrees...
