Valkyria Chronicles is still $40...
I think it's more of a sign that the DLC is coming soon.
Because gamers got a choice of a small handful of great games the first 8-9 months of the year, then a sh1t-ton of great games the last few months. Publishers need to space games out throughout the year instead of having them drop in Q4. That way I could play a great game until another great game comes out instead of renting mediocre games until 10 great games drop.
Luckily, 2010 seems to have great games throughout the year.
I understand what you're saying, but I doubt EA would pass up the opportunity to cash in on the release of a critically-acclaimed, high-selling game on an additional platform unless there's something else going on behind the scenes.
Maybe they're going to release both games on a single blu-ray so people won't feel like they're missing out on the story? That would be the best decision IMO, considering every port that comes out later than the 360 release date sells horribly.
...
This is EA we're talking about.
Gah, can't wait. Graphics look awesome.
Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle Cars is an awesome local multiplayer game.
These are definitely bullshots (look at the anti-aliasing), but I think the game will look close.
It was rumored to have co-op or something... but I guess if they haven't announced it yet, it won't have it.
Nice list! If I made a "Top 10 'Top 10 lists'" list, this would probably be on it.
At first I thought the protagonist from Bioshock should've been on it, but I don't even remember his name.
Hm... lots of AA. That'd be amazing if the game looked like this.
"only on Xbox360"
...and PC... and possibly PS3.
Orson Scott Card (the guy who created the story) hates gays and um... that's it, pretty much.
Can't believe you got a disagree for that..
"So I'll wait to the official numbers come through before Batman picks his system."
Before Batman picks his system? He has already... 360, PS3, and PC.
Good to hear. I'm really looking forward to Borderlands.
Sony isn't blaming anyone. They didn't plan ahead and incorporate it into their OS. However, they got it working with the vast majority of games, which is difficult.
They decided they wanted to implement it and just deactivate it for the games that don't work with it (like Harry Potter) and EA apparently threw a hissy-fit. If this is true, I think EA's in the wrong here. They decided they'd rather have no cross-game chat/custom soundtrack for any PS3 game instead of just Harry Po...
"Why would EA have to respond to a bunch of knob jockeys who blindly believe some jackass on a forum?"
So people might stop posting scat on their forums?
Mine seems fine, although my router is a pain in the ass.
If one sequel is considered milking, what do you consider Ratchet and Clank?
