Early 2010, 360 has Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell, and Alan Wake while PS3 has GoW3 and MAG.
It's nice to see that 360 will be getting games throughout the year next year, unlike '09.
At least we won't have a shortage of games this fall (especially if you own both consoles).
early 2010 is going to be crazy, though... SC:C, Mass Effect, GoW3, Alan Wake, Bioshock 2, MAG....
No, it will just be another Resident Evil =(
An arena mode would be awesome, especially if you can make your own.
Not gonna get my hopes up, though =X
I don't care if it's GotY, I just want to play it =P
Disagreeing is also an opinion... don't look into it too much.
I'm going to check out both... they both got 90s from IGN.
Apparently R.A. Salvatore and Todd McFarlane are working on it, so they at least have something going for it.
Yeah, bickering about exclusives is stupid. As long as you get access to some high quality exclusives every so often along with all the good multiplat games, your purchase is justified... no need to post long lists of games that your console plays.
"Im happy with the 360, so i dont really feel the need to justify my purchase"
So why did you just type out that long dissertation on how you were still able to play games this year?
I thought the animations were great
Some kind of double twist would be nice... like if he "woke up", but then a final twist where his nightmares started manifesting themselves in reality.
I doubt "it was all a dream" is all Remedy will throw at us.
IMO they probably put so much effort in making a great MP that the SP in Halo 3 suffered a bit (it was still good, people like to overreact when they criticize it)... I hope that ODST is really great since they don't have to worry about the multiplayer.
Also, does anyone know if this will be full retail price?
Nothing in the article is new. When you're as big as MS, there's nothing wrong with branching out and trying new things.
It's not like they forgot they make software, too.
liek omg, 360s january-september is waaay more underwhelming... /sarcasm
Why so defensive? The game looks good, why do you care what one person thinks? Be part of the solution, not the problem.
"Can you call anime good? lol"
I'm not a fan of anime, but they can be amazing. Halo, however, was a strange choice for an anime. Pure CGI would've suited it more, IMO.
Yep, when I saw the title I thought "I hope they put System Shock 2 instead of Bioshock since it did it first." Then I read the list and saw System Shock 2 and was happy. Then I saw Bioshock. Waste of a space IMO.
Otherwise, I thought the list was good.
At the end of the year both systems will have great exclusives and multiplats. The only thing I think MS should improve on is spacing out the good exclusives throughout the year. For the majority of the year, Halo Wars is the only 360 exclusive that I really enjoyed (Star Ocean wasn't bad, either)... but in the last three months there's like five games I want to play being released.
Sony is bad about this too, but they've released some good games throughout the year.
Weren't they supposed to be announcing some release dates soon?
Splinter Cell got delayed, so the 360 fanboys are getting defensive. Notice how All Time Greatness assumed that someone who wasn't blown away by a multiplat game is automatically a PS3 fanboy.
Anyways, game is looking better than it did at E3.
