It was never worth the launch price anyway. They should be knocking out games for £29.99 tops. The price of digital games is eye watering.

The likes of Inin, Limited Run and Strictly Limited etc., I wondered how it was going to go with Switch 2 games. I'm still convinced that when gaming goes download only, that'll start the end. Looking at pricing of games these day, bet it physical or download, it's hard to take.
The PS4 is still out there alongside the PS5, Sony will do the inevitable and release the PS6 with the PS5 alongside it. I feel as though the PS5 has only been out there for a few years and this gen hasn't been the best for games. I was happy continuing with the PS4 and Xbox One to be honest. I've got sick on consoles now and pricing has got out of hand now.
How many more versions of this game?
It's a decent game, but the review scores are too high and it's the same old as with most games. Not sure why it'd taken Nintendo so long to release this, but for me, it's a game I'll play years down the line picking it up used.
6 out of 10 or 60% is an above average score. Not much of a step up from the GameCube versions. A decent old gen shooter, just doesn't come across as being worth £50 tops.
Yeah, it was basically an updated Saturn 3D controller. Madly, that controller was better than the Dreamcast controller. I never liked the shoulder buttons on the Dreamcast controller, but did the job.
SEGA paid Microsoft to supply Windows for the Dreamcast, at the time, Microsoft was developing the Xbox, unknown to SEGA.
By the time the Dreamcast was canned in Japan in 2001, it'd only been out less than 2 years in Europe and the US. Turning back the clock, it should've been packaged without the dial up modem to keep the cost down, I don't think the broadband modem was released in Europe. At the last minute, SEGA canned the DVD format, although that might've bumped up the price.. With this, sticking to black casing as with previous consoles and lastly, a better controller would've bagged...
But this is IGN. A score of 5 out of 10 or 50% is an average score. Going back to the GameCube games, not much has changed. This game has been in the wilderness for years and even the Switch version is virtually identical to the Switch 2 version. The AI looks dire. The likes of IGN always gig up reviews, it's been going on for years. I've put this on the back burner and will pick it up cheap years in X amount of years.
Microsoft died after Windows XP, maybe after the Xbox 360.
I was last on my Series X about 2 years ago. Great console tech wise, dire for game releases. Glad Microsoft canned an upgraded model as with the PS5 Pro. Sony and Microsoft should take their current consoles and go the Switch 2 route. This gen has cost me a small fortune, I can't afford next gen.

The Switch 2 version is the long overdue Switch version with an update costing £10 more. Looking at the gameplay, the AI is going back to the GameCube versions. Nintendo need to move it on and bring it up to date.
Always been happy with consoles. If you're OCD with graphics, whatever TV or monitor your using can impact visuals. I really couldn't be bothered with PC gaming. Consoles now are basically PCs, but a single format will never happen.
Computer Exchange in the UK has been milking customers since day one. Used games costing more or the same as new games elsewhere, they'll give you (for example), £10 cash or £15 part exchange, then sell the game for up to 3 times as much. Sometimes games come with a photocopied cover and/or no manual which they sell for the same price if there was a manual yet they'd give you less if your game had no manual when part exchanging. Although they do offer a free 5 year warran...
No, the big question is, the volume of games. My Series X sits gathering dust.
GTA 5 was released in 2013, GTA 6 to launch 13 years later in 2026. I'm now 50 years old, so the chances are, GTA 7 will launch when I'm in my early 60s, but by then, I'll probably be gardening and doing jigsaws. Life is too short and games like this are becoming the norm.
