Bullcrap, not buying this console now. Hopefully, gamers are smart enough to force Nintendo to keep online gaming free.
Damn wish it was on L.A.
With Kickstarter the gamer gets his/her money back. With Early Access the gamer loses 💰
Agreed
Thank you for a well written and well resourced gaming article. Yes there is a lot of games with a lot of hand holding. ...
Telltale needs to change its game engine. I also was surprised to see a telltale account requirement in order to save the game. Previous Walking Dead games did not have this. ........
You are right on Unreal Tournament. Tides of Numera coming to consoles very unlikely. No demo and it sounds a lot like City Skylines coming to Xbox One. City Skylines was announced several times coming to Xbox One, it never did. That may happen to Torment Tides of Numera on consoles too. It gets announced but nothing happens. Even, I thought Smite was already out on consoles. It has not come out to consoles 😨......
So Wildcard Studios sold Ark Survival Evolve to PS4 gamers as an early access game????? Hopefully for less than $30.00.
The greatest game director in gaming history. This is definitely the game that will make me buy a PS4 Pro if Death Stranding doesn't come to PC
He meant games like Street Fighter V PS4 console exclusive, Hellblade, Nier Automata.
No mention of Unreal Tournament, P.A.M.E.L.A., Perception, and Torment Tides of Numera
Microsoft did brought Quantum Break and possibly Recore. I am sure 2017, Microsoft will bring most of its games over to Steam.
For a minute, I thought you were going to say Team Fortress 2.
I am not surprised. Console gamers love simplicity not complexity. In this case, the lack of objectives, missions, and a tutorial will alienate the majority of console gamers. This game is being made for pc gamers in mind that love complexity. I hope the game developer takes the Divinity Original Sin route (make Divinity Original Sin specifically for consoles/gamers that love pick up and play games) and not the mainstream route (everyone even PC gamers play a really dumb down game 😢)....
It depends if you are playing on a monitor or tv. If is tv PC gaming yes a beefier GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM is required to enjoy Native 1080p/60 frames per second. In contrast a 15in to 25in monitor is already capable of Native 1080p/60 frames per second. My current gaming PC if it were hook to a monitor not HDTV set, I would be playing all my games at 1080p native 60 frames per second.1
To release say PC port with actual kb and m interface and able to play say PC port with kb and m properly. At the moment 99% of PC ports lack a kb and m user interface and I end up wrestling with the keyboard and mouse when it comes to PC ports. If is a multiplatform game, I just play with the xbox gamepad. The keyboard and mouse is useless when it comes to multiplatform games. Batman Arkham Series, Alan Wake, Tomb Raider reborn series come to mind.
Wait what today's games have mini games besides "The Witcher 3" on consoles. Which today's games offer races within the game. Currently the games, I had played did not offer any of this:
Assassins Creed Franchise
Bioshock Franchise
Fallout 3 and New Vegas
Among the Sleep
The Walking Dead Season 1 and 2
Gone Home
None of those games offered mini games much less races inside the game.
I like that to become a reality
Why do gamers support microtransanctions in $60.00 plus tax videogames? Why do gamers think microtransanctions are ok with $60.00 plus tax videogames and not ok with free to play.
Are mods coming to the Windows Store thanks.
